Terrible dip manicure experience. No nail bed soaking or cleaning up of excess dry skin, and the tech even used a drill to try to push back DRY cuticles, which was painful and ineffective. My nails just looked messy when I walked out. The polish looked okay immediately after, but it started lifting, peeling, and chipping only 8 or 9 days later, which has ruined my nails for weeks after and indicates that they use low quality products. Polished Day Spa is amazing! Their nail work is perfect! I came in to get my dip nails off and just get regular nail polish. They have an abundance of color options and the manicure was so relaxing! Polished Day Spa did not provide a proper massage experience. In summary, it seems like they had an extra room in their spa and decided to try and provide ad hoc massages. Almost nothing about the experience was relaxing.

I had a natural pedicure and manicure. I like that my nails were painted with a smooth finish. The only downer was the design on my big toes. I expected better designs that just a sticker. It was my 1st time there. I assumed they would add some designs with sticles to enhance the stickers. I will speak more on what I expect next time. Overall pretty professional and great time management.

I went in for a dip manicure and they initially looked good when I left. 2 days later they started to peel. Turns out they put gel over the dip and within only a couple days all the gel started to peel off. One week later and they look horrible. For the amount that I paid I expected a lot better quality and for them to last longer than they have. Also during the process of doing my nails the tech cut my finger with the file and continued to go over the same problem spot 3 more times. Very uncomfortable.

Went in for a dip manicure after growing my nails for two months and taking a break from all polish - I didn't want to have tips or acrylics, I wanted powder over my regular nails because they were without a doubt long enough for it. I said I wanted long almond shape nails and showed a picture. She then immediately cut my nails down, filed them in ALL different shapes and left them looking bubbly, with two pieces of hair stuck to it. My experience at Polished was great! It is nice and clean and they even provide wine! I had to wait a while for my mani/pedi, but that’s to be expected for a walk-in on a busy Thursday evening. I don’t get mani/pedis often but I can say for sure this was the most thorough one I’ve had. Na was so sweet and did a fantastic job. She was fun to talk to and made me laugh! I will definitely be a returning customer.

What a hustle! I usually don't post negative posts about businesses unless I got some really bad service. I just returned from Polished Day Spa on Fort and got the worst "Dip" manicure, ever! The nail tech was rude and my cuticles were drilled bloody. I have several bare spaces on my nails and several are not smooth. When I mentioned the issues, she ignored me. It was definitely quantity over quality. I never had a complaint about a pedicure there, always turned out nice.

Interesting experience. Loved the bright, open and airy space. The place looks beautiful with the all the color options against the white walls. Also, when I called to see if I could come in same day, the woman who answered was delightful.
The same woman who answered greeted me warmly and instructed me to sign in and choose my color. That's where the customer service stopped. I started with a pedicure by Tony. He asked about the water temp when I said it was cold, it did nothing to remedy it. Not sure why he asked.

Giving this place one star after multiple visits. Each time I've come, Ive had an appointment and they still seat and start at least 3 customers before me - some who don't even have appointments. They only have one nail technician who can do certain things and REFUSE to use a different technician for manicures and pedicures. They let you sit in cold pedicure water for almost an hour while seating walkins.
In addition to being overpriced for mediocre quality, the customer service is terrible and they seem to cater to a "preferred" race of clientele. I will NEVER come back here

Front desk girls were very friendly and outgoing. My pedi was more or less a polish exchange. 'Tony' barely acknowledged that I was in his chair. He talked to everyone but me. My nails were damaged from an old coat of gel- he did not do a good job at all trying to fix. I paid full price and tipped, then came home and fixed them myself. Also, the nail tech next to us was on her phone the whole time while doing another woman's nails. I know their job is most likely not their dream job, however to ignore the client altogether is unprofessional.

Wasn't the worst experience, but definitely not the best. I got the Milk and Honey Pedicure because the description states there is a 10 min massage included. I got if a 2-3 min massage with hot stones and warm towel which is not included in the description.
I also got SNS with short round (almond shape) and a design (simple). The shape was an additional $5, plus $35 for design. Generally, if I'm paying $35 for a design, I have some sort of bling.
When I questioned my $170 bill, it took 3 different people to figure it out. Ridiculous. And then the audacity of Sarah to say well

Yesterday I had the worst SNS / dip manicure of my life here. I went on a Saturday and Jenny completely rushed through the process, missing multiple steps (like brushing off the excess so it is even). It was so rushed she was literally spilling dip powder all over the place. Instead of being careful, she got SNS all over my skin and decided to file it off - ouch!! Literally every finger has cuts on it and it hurts to wash my hands. I have had good manicures here in the past (hence the 2 stars) but this one was so bad and truly painful.

I was attended by my nail technician right away. I tried Jiggly Jell-o for my pedicure treatment and it was really relaxing! For manicure, I was suggested to try dip powder which took a while but ended up looking really beautiful! It has been more than a week since my nail session and the powder dip are still intact!
My nail technician, Leanna, was amazing and did beautiful nail art on my hands as well.
