MAnpreet is the best . Never had such an awesome experience before . Waxing and eyebrows is the best one can find in USA . Highly recommend it . Kulbir is also really kind and helpful. Since I am pregnant they took extra care of me .

This was my go to place for threading and waxing. I have tried many waxing places before. i must say this was the best of all. For some reason it wouldn't pain as much and my skin wouldn't turn red as it would normally. I feel sad that we moved to a adjacent state and there is no Apsara day spa here.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife.

My wife had a very bad experience here recently. She was burned by some of the tools the UNLICENSED ladies use here for her hair and face. She had burn marks on three places of her face. The owner, Naina, hires unlicensed ladies to work and serve her clients. Later on, my wife heard from her friends and friends of friends that they have had very bad service at this place.

Also, my wife heard about how the owner of Apsara has very bad business practices. She moved into this shopping complex not long ago and forcefully closed down two other places

The quality of work here is amazing and super fast. This is the only place I like getting my eyebrows done because they do exactly how I want it. Just started getting waxing done and again, great service at an amazing price! It didn't hurt at all!! recommend!

Nice people but if they get a walk in...they rush your service and it ends sooner than it normally would be.

I have been going to Apsara Day Spa for years now, they have never disappointed me when I come to get my eyebrows threaded. The spa is clean always, the staff is friendly and they always snatch my eyebrows to the GODS ! You would be crazy not to come here

If they tell you to wait consider this will be about an hour. Just an FYI.

The technician did a great job on my eyebrows (threading & tint), was super nice & professional, able to answer my questions, and the price is affordable. I would recommend! And I'll be returning.

I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and honestly speaking I was hesitant and worried since it was my first time getting this done and the reviews here weren't great but it turned out really well. The lady who did it (forgot to ask her name), is really nice and polite. She asked me beforehand about my preferences and she shaped my eyebrows exactly the way I asked her to. Also, I didn't feel any pain and it was done very quickly. I'll definitely be going back for eyebrow threading service and I might even try some of the other services.

I normally don't care about the massage itself, I only get to go to spas because my wife likes them. But my experience last weekend at Apsara was so memorable I knew I needed to put in a good word. You check them out and have the most relaxing one hour ever.

This is the FOURTH time I have stopped by and they have been closed during their business hours. This time the lights were on and the open sign clearly lit. Completely unreliable!

I went here for the microdermabrasion.
There is not enough chair in the waiting area(if you need to describe it), so some people were actually standing there and do nothing until they get called.
There was only one lady doing someone else's eyebrow. It seems like make an appointment ahead of time does not have meaning at this location.

I've been going off and on since they opened and it's become a beautiful spa from dry wall partitions. I've had three ladies thread for me. The one I see now is there on Thursday and I make it a point to get there on Thursday. I should know her name, but I don't remember. Below average rating. First time going and not liking the experience. In the customer service industry is all about communication and satisfying the customer desire. Communication is beyond lack. Entered the business establishment and there was no welcome greeting. No outspoken whatsoever from the staff. First impression is not lasting and it's true it's important. Failed that category. Bought a Groupon for henna tatoo and went to redeem it today . After a confirmed appointment time. I arrived 10mins ahead of appointment and checked in and I was waiting for a while. I later checked past 15mins my appointment time, they still not ready. Tupical Indian establishment where time, appointments mean nothing. They didn't apologise or anything.

For the Groupon service I only got one side on one hand and she said that's all the Groupon gets you. It was only one line of design took her less than 5mins to do. Groupon was a utter waste of money and time.

I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded about once a month and this is the cheapest place I've found! I love that they can take you in without appointments. I usually pop in and can get out in 10 minutes!

If you just moved from another state where eyebrow threading is popular, look no further away. Aspara has the eyebrow threading at a reasonable MD area price. In MD, the cost is $12 in the mall. Not in Queens, it's 8 only and that's why Aspara brings it.

I purchased a groupons for this place. It ended up expiring because the first time I came there was no one at the front desk and there was a line of people before me that still hadn't been helped. So I left. I came back today just to use the money I had spent on the deal. The same scenario as before occurred. No one at the front desk to greet me. After about 5 minutes of sitting in this place that appeared to have no employees I called the spa. A lady walked out, said she would be with me in a few minutes. 10 minutes later she came back. She did a good job but I wouldn't ever go back

After reading all the reviews on Yelp, I was a little hesitant to get a service done at this place ,
However I gave it a shot to find out more about this place. Note, I can very picky especially when it comes things like this.
Verdict: Its actually not that bad. I was expecting more of a messy, and chaotic space. Maybe the timing has something to do with it.
The spa salon has its own reception area, very welcoming, clean and organized.
The threading area is very well kept. the rooms were very spacious and has nice decor to it.
Manpreet was the young lady who helped me and she was very nice

I have got my eyelashes done here the spa room was nice nd calming but the lady didn't tell me anything about the process on how it was done, how long it was gonna take. She didn't ask how long i want the eyelash to be or anything. She just started with out showing me anything. I ask her how long she been doing eyelashes she told me about a year. When she finished it wasn't that bad but it wasn't how i had wanted them. Nd i felt as if she had glued some on

Went there last Friday to get a much needed Brazilian wax. The reviews I read weren't bad so decided to go check them out because it was close to work.
Let me tell you, this was the worst waxing experience I've ever had. The wax was too hot and she went over the same areas more than once.. My nether region was sore and red for about 3 days. I wasn't given any type of skin tend or after waxing cream. She just used some oil to remove any left over wax. All I can say is never again. Giving one star because the establishment was clean, smh
