If you have questions or a special request please call or email us at custserv@studio921spa.com to ensure we can accomodate you. Schedule a consultation with one of our stylists to determine which extensions would be best for you. A single color is applied on the roots only to blend new growth, and /or gray with the rest of the base color.
Consultations with any of our talented and highly educated staff are always welcomed and complimentary. We have several stylists and estheticians with different backgrounds, education, and specialties. It is not uncommon for guests to visit multiple staff members at Studio 921, as we all work as a team.
I've been visiting Studio 921 for over a decade, and have been more than pleased with every service I've ever received thus far - from nails, waxing, and facials, to hair cut, style, and color. Cara is a friendly, bubbly and amazing aesthetician. Kenny is a mastermind hair stylist and colorist. The ambiance at this salon is outstanding, and they always make you feel like a longtime client, even on your very first visit.

I've been going to 921 for years and I highly recommend them. I've seen almost all of the stylists for a blow out at one point or another, and I am never disappointed. I've been seeing Gabby for the past few years for my color (typically balyage with a root melt) and cut. She's amazing! Angela is wonderful too! I always leave in love with my hair. Highly recommend!

Had a blow out by Gabby/Gabriel. She gives a great shampoo and blew out my long, thick, curly/frizzy coarse hair really well! She also squeezed me in while a client was processing because the original stylist couldn't accommodate me due to a booking error. Can't speak to the other services but my initial experience is great!

Have had haircut, balayage, blowout/styling, and keratin express smoothing treatment here and they did amazing work. Saw Ana and Fatima and both were excellent. They are professional, courteous, and the environment feels very safe (everyone wears masks and lots of ventilation in the space). I’ll definitely be coming back!

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Nick Miller. I was scheduled for a blowout this Saturday with Nick and after seeing the disaster state of my hair color he made time for a partial balayage that came out fabulous! He was attentive, kind and when I was in a huge pinch he was reliable. He did such a wonderful job with the color I'm getting a ton of compliments. I usually pull more of a yellow tone and he was able to pull a cooler blonde effortlessly.

I strongly recommend this place! I've been coming here for a while and I'm so happy I found Studio 921; upscale, friendly staff & fair prices. Valerie is my hair stylist and she is the best! She takes great care of my hair and she does an amazing job with Hair Extensions. If you need great quality Hair extensions this is the place to go!

Had pretty standard services done, root touch-up, blending in highlights, and a haircut which was more like a trim/clean up (I have long hair). Was shocked when at the register I was told it would be $338 (pre-tip)! I have been to this salon several times before and have not paid such prices. Like the cut but toner was not left on long enough. My hair will be brassy again in days. Will not be returning and suggest that you inquire about the prices before getting services.

Just moved to the area and tried this place out. I came in for a root touch up and a hair cut. The guy left like 4 lines in my hair so they had their senior stylist blend them out as best he could. I got back home and I could still see lines which leads me to believe it was it was where the bleach didn't lift. He also missed several spots around my head. I will say the staff here handled this very professionally. My hair still has the lines and missed spots but at least they tried.

My fiancé just came back with the BEST haircut FROM Joe!!!!!! What a huge difference, he's had it buzzed-cut for the past 8 years, and due to COVID, it became overgrown. (What a thrill to watch!) With all this hair, we were so excited to have an appointment to have a true hair cut, rather than another buzz cut. It is PERFECT, and we could not be more excited!! The end result is the best we could have ever imagined and so happy to live next to Studio 921!!! HIGHLY recommend them in the COVID, they were very professional, and Joe is a miracle worker! We highly recommend him!!!!!!

Downgrading my review after my latest experience. Between having a baby and quarantine I have been without a haircut or color for nearly 4 months. After reopening was finally announced, I booked as soon as possible and completed the questionnaire as instructed.
I was excited to finally get my hair done and regain some sense of normalcy and self-esteem after the roller coaster of the past few months. I'd even chatted with my stylist briefly, who was also excited to return to work and catch up with one another after so long.

I LOVE the eyelash lift & tint that was done by Kara. She is AWESOME! Very professional, nice conversation and explained step by step what she was going to do. I previously told her I didn't like my eyes being touched...well, I think I almost fell asleep! The outcome is great! Not only do I have great looking lashes, I don't have to curl or wear mascara.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I was in town for a wedding and had gotten my hair done at another salon which I ended up hating. I frantically called around looking for somewhere that could take me last minute on a holiday weekend. Thankfully I ended up in the hands of Michelle, who saved my day. She styled my hair exactly as I had hoped for and exceeded expectations. The receptionist was so helpful trying to find something that could work with my limited time. Omg I cannot love this place anymore! Everyone was so Friendly from when I walked in to when I left! I was recommended by Judy and Rachael did my hair. I'm so in love with how my hair turned out and the customer service from Rachael! I feel like I've known her my whole life and truly makes me want to go get coffee with her haha! Rachael is absolutely AWESOME! I wrote the appointment time down incorrectly, like an idiot, and Rachael was still able to work me in. She was easy to talk to, absolutely hilarious, and I LOVED what she did to my color. I'm hooked and I'll be back to her time and time again.

I had my second session of highlights and I feel obliged to say, I am pretty disappointed (I waited a little over a week to write this review to see if my thoughts would change on my session...it did not). With the first session, I was excited because I felt everything went well. I did notice that there was a nice chunk of my natural hair (I have jet black hair) that was left alone, but I figured that with the second session it would be taken care of. Susan Vasko has been my stylist for more than 10 years. Seriously! She has taken me from light to dark and back again, all with expert ease. My highlights and balayage always look beautiful and natural, and her cuts and blowouts help my curly, thick hair look polished and pretty. Can't recommend her enough.
The salon itself is gorgeous and modern, there's plenty of free parking, prices are in line with other salons in the area, and they are open on Sundays. What more could you ask for?!

Once I got an appointment with Kasee I knew she would be my girl. She was super easy to talk to and was very helpful with suggestions to fulfill my need for (small) change in my hair style. A few hours and a balayage treatment later, I am a satisfied customer.
