I visited Jannas day spa 6/6/20 to receive full service, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. My pedicure was rushed and the polish was placed very sloppy on my toes. I had to request for her to clean the polish. The manicure was better however I wouldn’t recommend. The eyebrow waxing was the worst experience I ever had at any nail salon. I am currently trying to heal from BURNS UNDERNEATH MY EYEBROWS !!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON FOR ANY SERVICE!!!!!!!! It hurts, I can barely wash my face. I am so happy i found Janna's salon. The owner is extremely friendly and the staff is very professional and respectful. The stylists that did my highlight, cut, Keratin treatment and blow dry were very professional and they knew exactly what I wanted. Best experience I have had at a hair salon. Will be back for sure. Well, my review will be a little mixed for this one, but overall positive. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and welcomed in. I asked to have my nails done and was penciled in. However, I was accidentally penciled over an existing appointment and had to wait until the next day to have my appointment. I showed the nail tech a photo and she replicated it to the best of her ability. While it did take nearly three hours to have a full acrylic set done, I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I went today with my friend. All the staff there were really nice. It was nice and clean and very cozy. My massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and he worked on everything that was causing me pain and bothering me. He was very polite, and made sure I was ok throughout the session.The oil stuff he used was very light and didn’t upset my sensitive skin. I left feeling great! I will 100% recommend and be back :) I can't wait.

We have been going to Janna’s for almost three years, mostly for massages, and cannot speak more highly of them. They treat us very well with excellent customer service and the quality and professionalism of their massage therapists are excellent. My wife and I each prefer different ones but they are consistently great. The rest of the hair, nail and reception staff always treats us well and are very courteous. Their prices are extremely competitive too and we have referred many friends.

Today was my first time coming here and the massage therapist was absolutely amazing!!!! The room was nice and clean and smelled good ! I loved the products she used and the prices for the services are crazy amazing!!!! I will definitely be coming back here ! Only thing I didn’t like was you could hear other people talking and they weren’t as quiet knowing a massage was taking place. Other than that i enjoyed my time and will definitely be coming back very soon!

I am a long time client who usually gets my hair done, today was not a good day since the stylist usually sets the price base on what you have done and give it to Jana, however, Jana decided to up my price by 20 bucks than my regular amount I was invoiced by my stylist , this was not very nice and appears that Janna only cares about the money. The sad thing about it was I saw when she changed the price given by my stylist on the invoice. I will not be going back here! The staff is nice but not the owner , very unprofessional service.

I purchased a Living Social Voucher for a 2-hour Massage. Janna, the owner, was extremely helpful and pleasant setting me up with an appointment. Due to rush-hour traffic, I was running a few minutes late. I called en-route to explain my dilemma. Janna was understanding and told me just to be safe. Her business is small, but you can tell she is a business owner who is striving to present good customer-service and proper staffing. She is well on her way to succeed.

Amazing wow! I had an one hour massage it was the most amazing experience. It was soothing, relaxing and completely comfortable environment. It was amazing (I am extremely picky and sensitive too) but after .... my skin literally felt like silk when I was finished. It was truly the best massage and treatment I have ever had.
