I have just had a business dealing with the owner and a employee and a handy man. They are extremely friendly and very honest people out there.

I had a great experience with threading at Usha's today. My eyebrows were caterpillar-status and I needed help. The last several threadings I did (somewhere else) left me with messy brow shapes that didn't suit my face. After some research I found Usha's and I'm so glad I did. My brows haven't looked this good in several years. The threading did hurt more than other threadings I've experienced in the past but I made it through - no pain no gain. I have been going to Usha’s since high school (almost 15 years) and I have loved my eyebrows every time. All the ladies are great. Can’t go wrong.

Always a clean, professional, pleasant experience. My eyebrows look great everytime I go no matter who I see. Usha is of course awesome but, so is her staff. I highly recommend giving one of them a try if the wait for Usha is too long. I've never regretted a visit.

Note that after posting my last review I received a private message from someone claiming to be Sharron and he/she has threatened to report me to Yelp for putting such "slanderous review" (in his/her words). Like I said earlier, this person is quite chatty and can get personal.

This was my first time visiting this place. I went to the Towson location. Upon arrival I was greeted with a nice welcome. I was a lil nervous because I have only had my eyebrows threaded once before, however Rita threaded my eyebrows and she did a superb job!
It was inexpensive. I'll definitely be back.

I have been coming to USHA'S for about 16yrs now to get my eyebrows threaded. From day one I have been treated like family and have recieved the best service. I have never been dissapointed and Usha ensures all of her employees are fully trained so you are still in good hands in case she is on vacation. This is the best place for threading as well as all of your other salon needs! 16yrs and counting! Loyal customer!

Came here to get a henna tattoo and my eyebrows threaded for my vacation. The experience was great.The only thing is that there was a small child in the service area who was doing cartwheels (likely a child of the employee who was completing my service) which was a bit disruptive to the overall ambiance and relaxation experience.

I use to have thick, lavish brows. Thanks to Usha, not anymore.

Last year my eyebrow girl (not affiliated with Usha) got married and moved to Ireland. I spent almost a month looking for a replacement. Usha seemed like the best choice based off of online reviews. They're all supposed to be "brow experts!" At least, that's what I thought.

When Usha did my brows I told her beforehand that I just wanted a clean up, nothing drastic. A cleanup normally refers to removing the stubble that's grown in since your last wax/thread. Perhaps Usha didn't understand what a clean

I hadn't been to Usha's in years, this past Saturday I had an appointment in the Towson area and decided to stop in. The salon was busy. As I walked in, I was told to sign in and have a seat. Just like that, no "hi", "how are you", "how can I help you" - just sign in and have a seat. I signed in and proceeded to sit in a chair against the wall, before my bottom touched the chair I was told "second seat". I am not sure why the staff chooses to bark commands in incomplete sentences at customers. I sit down and watch my threader apply hand sanitizer

I have been going here for years. I moved from Florida and now am back in the area. I can honestly say there is no salon like Usha'a and they do an amazing job. Love my eyebrows =)

Moved to Baltimore from NJ/NY, aka the Mecca of threading/waxing places. After holding off for 2 years, I finally decided to try someone local when my lady in NY wasn't available during my upcoming trip. I grew my hair out for over a month before this appointment.

Got waxed by an aesthetician named Sharon. Really personable. We talked the whole time and she constantly made sure I wasn't in pain. It took extra 20 min at the end of the appointment when I was checking over and pointed out several patches that she'd missed. She did take care of them. The owners eventually headed out

I always come here to get my eyebrows done and usually when I leave my eyebrows look great!

I've never had any issue going to new people people in the shop to get my eyebrows done but today I realized I can't do that anymore. I left very unsatisfied this morning because I let someone new thread my eyebrows.

This tip may be obvious, but once you find someone that can thread your eyebrows well at Ushas stick with that person. I learned the hard way and now I have to walk around with uneven eyebrows.

Great spa! Would recommend to a friend and would go again myself. Great gift idea.

I've been coming to Ushas for years and honestly she is the only one I trust doing my eyebrows. She always shapes them nicely and I leave the salon knowing my eyebrows are on FLEEK!! Lol. The lady that sits next to her does a good job too. They also do manicures, henna tattoos and Brazilian wax too.

They have punch cards so after you come here 10 or so times you get free eyebrow threading.

I went to get my brows WAXED and they assumed I wanted them threaded and so that's what I got. They never asked or specified what they were going to do. I told them "I was there to get my brows done" and asked how much it was. It's tricky to explain but they just didn't communicate with me at all. They just sat me down in the chair. When I realized it was threading, I went along with it because I've had positive experiences in the past.

(It was $12 + tip which is really cheap and I was pleased with that price, but slightly concerned about the quality. I'm used

**went back to try Usha (yes her name is Usha) for eyebrow threading. This time she was good just good and the next time, look at the pic! So uneven. NEVER going back. Salon is very dirty also
