Zina's is an amazing day spa! It is so hard to find a salon when you move to a new city. I went to Zina's for a cut and color and have since been back for a mani/pedi. The entire staff is professional, the salon is very comfortable and clean and every service has been excellent. I highly recommend.

Our 60-minute European facial is perfect for first-time clients or routine clients looking for cleansing and relaxation. Includes gentle cleansing, exfoliation, light extractions, and a customized mask. Enjoy this 60-minute, or 90-minute facial treatment while receiving optimal results of deep cleansing.
This package includes a 75 minute full body massage for two, complete with champagne and chocolates. This package includes an aromatherapy body massage for two, manicure for her, pedicure with foot scrub for him, all while enjoying complimentary champagnes and chocolate. This treatment begins will with a full body massage, followed by a full body scrub.
At Zina's Day Spa, we require 48 hours advance notice prior to the cancellation of any appointment. Your credit card information is required upon booking your reservation. When reservations are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% fee will be charged. Missed appointments without notice will result in full payment of the service(s) booked.

The owner is very unprofessional and unorganized. I called to schedule a massage last week for a date in the future and she tried to say it costs $20 more than what they have listed on the website because apparently “they didn’t update the prices online”. Then she took my credit card info, which was fine, to hold the reservation. I asked if I’d be receiving a confirmation and she said yes. I never received a confirmation. Then she calls me this morning saying my appointment was today and that they’re charging my card for a no-show… the appointment I TRIED to scheduled was for next weekend

I worked with Zina to organize my bachelorette party recently and was not disappointed. Zina was helpful, kind, and courteous - giving us a space upstairs to relax in between all the girls services. All of the staff at Zina's spa were professional and kind. I got a head massage that may have changed my life. All my bachelorette party guests had a great time, too! Went for a body scrub treatment and had a great experience! My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh, and I am still so relaxed from sitting in the sauna and the amazing 30 minute massage following the scrub. My massage therapist, Danii, was phenomenal and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole experience. She was extra attentive during my massage, and spent extra time focusing on releasing the knots in my back. Definitely recommend this spa and Danii!

I took my sister to this Spa for a girls day out and I somewhat regret it. The owner Zina is a penny pincher and the salon looks run down. I guess I'm use to Spas in New York. Anyway for the amount I paid $400 the service did not match up. I would say tip the people, Daniel and Taye, directly. They were great!!! The " champagne and chocolates" are a joke.

Great place! Had a couples massage (1 maternity) and we both fully enjoyed our time. Highly recommend! I can't remember names right now but we had a male(maternity masseuse) and female (regular masseuse). Both of their names started with a D I believe. Both very professional. Some yoga type stretches were incorporated as well!

My boyfriend and I came here for a relaxing spa day and got a couples massage! We had an absolutely wonderful time! Our massage therapists Dani and Travis were beyond amazing. I have had many massages and I think the one I had at Zinas was my absolute favorite. She incorporated yoga into our session while massaging me. It was so amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

I had a 90 minute massage with Daniel. He was amazing. I have be dealing with some serious upper back tension and the day after the massage i felt better than ive felt in months. At times during the massage i thought he was using some type of massage gun BUT IT WAS JUST HIS FOREARM....the man is skilled at what he does. I woukd definitely recommend. The overall customer service was excellent and the place was very clean.

Don't ever come here for a massage. The massage therapist hands are harder than sandpaper and they're not even licensed massage therapists! The massage isn't even legit and good. The owner even added tip into the massage without asking me. Worst massage ever and the owner is a scammer. Stay away from this place.

Zina has a repeat customer after today! I was terrified of going today to get a Brazilian wax after a horrific experience I had with a large chain spa 2 years ago. I will not name them but it was the worst wax experience of my life AND it was my first time! Zina gave me tips on how to prepare for the wax before I arrived and she helped ease my anxiety during the wax. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, careful and so kind. The wax was 10x better than the one I had 2 years ago. I will be going back for monthly maintenance. Her smile and personality are infectious. Overall she is a simply a delight

I booked an appointment for 2:00 and got there 10 minutes early. Around 2:10 a couple came in and demanded that the both get female therapists. The owner came up to and said that since they booked there appointment before me and I would have to wait 2 hours. So I left and returned @4:00. Got there and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Finally I get called up for my massage. When the therapists finished she asked that I tip now in cash since the spa takes a cut of her tip. So I did. When I went to pay the owner demanded I tip again. therapist was great the owner sleazy. I Will not be going back

Took my husband there as a birthday surprise for couples massage and pedicure package. We are from out of town so it was hard to find a place close to our hotel. Very fancy and large place, prices are reasonable!!! - staff is very professional. Travis and Daniel understood our needs -- they did a five star job!!! Zina the owner is very sweet! I'll be back when I return to Baltimore! Thanks guys!

My husband and I wen to get a couples massage and I can truly say it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I had Travis and he really took into consideration my troubled areas. The pressure was amazing and I feel like most of my stress is gone to include my lower back pain. My husband and I both highly recommend this spot if you come to Baltimore! And the tasty champagne and chocolates was the cherry on top!
