Generally very pleased with Dr. Marcic and the entire practice. Front desk staff is responsive, polite and professional as are the technicians (if that's the right term) when doing pre-exam tasks and eye tests. My only dissatisfaction, and why I give four vs. five stars, is there is always a wait of 15 or more minutes beyond the appointment time. I try to schedule my appointments early in the morning or right after lunch, but it never seems to make a difference ... my time is also valuable.

I was told by my sons school that he failed his eye exam. So I made an appointment immediately. My sons appointment was scheduled for 2:15. We arrived at 2:10 he did not get seen until 3:00. I don’t have a problem waiting I just wish we were made aware that it would be a long wait. We did not leave this appointment until 4:30.😤 We had other appointments that we were late for and missed due to this appointment. Just to be told that he didn’t need glasses!😤 I would appreciate knowing ahead of time so I could plan my evening accordingly. The only positive thing about this visit was everyone

I wanted to try contacts recently.I’ve been wearing glasses for 25 years. I’ve been doing contact lenses insertion and removal and on my third visit I was told by the optometrist that the special contact lenses I was thinking about are expensive.He has said this a few times to me.I was wondering why, because I never stated that the cost of said contacts were going to be an issue with the cost. I just was just embarrassed and upset that this optometrist made an assumption about my finances. I’ve been trying to get regular contacts in my eye but I’ve been having trouble.The tech wasn’t

After searching for an ophthalmologist who would see me for an emergency visit, I called the Westminster office and they were very kind and helped me to reach the Medical side of their office in Pikesville. I called and they got me in within the next hour and a half. The person who I spoke to was so nice and gave me all of the info I needed to find their office. When I got to the office, they checked me in quickly and were so kind and professional. The doctor I saw was very informative and caring. I was impressed with this office.

This was my first visit at Levin Eye Care. It was very pleasurable. They provide a very safe environment. The staff are very professional, nice & helpful. Dr. Levin is extremely knowledgeable. He has the best chair side manner ever. And is very funny too. I would truly recommend this practice to anyone.

I chose a new eye care location today as my former eye care location was getting bad (delayed arrival of glasses/contacts, mail delivery of contacts delayed with no notice). I went online to my eye-care insurance company website to find more locations to try and visit. I found this Levin Eye Care location and decided to give it a try. First mistake was that I didn't know there was more than one Levin Eye Care and went to the location in Pikesville and not in Reisterstown. I was late by 15 minutes but that's my fault. Went there for my sons glasses and also my own. The Doctor was friendly & the staff were too for the most part. A gentleman there rushed through my sons glasses, not giving us any options for the lens. When they came they were big & bulky, with no help as to getting them fixed. Then i went for mine which took almost a month with no communication as to the hold up. Finally went to pick them up to then be told i had to come back with them to get them adusted. What a waste of time. I wont be back.
