Every year we get letters from all over the world saying how delicious our poticas and baked goods are. Many of them say "they're the closest to their grandmas they've ever had!" We are very proud of our homemade Slovenian specialties and feel honored that we get to have a small part of families' traditions everywhere.
It's our privilege to be served at dinner tables across the country. With over 40 years of baking experience, Don Wojtila had dreams about one day opening up his own bakery. In September of 1993, that dream became a reality. Father of three small children, both Don and wife Barb were there the morning of opening day with high hopes and a motivation to see their new venture succeed.

Their maple coffee cakes are the best around! This bakery is the real deal! It's right down the street from my work so I frequent here for their cookies and other baked goods. People in my department are obsessed with the maple coffee cake. In my opinion, their other signature item is their pizza bagels. It's a bagel with a sweet tomato sauce, mozzerella cheese and a few pepperonis. Believe it or not, it's an awesome for breakfast. Just be sure to bring cash because they don't accept credit cards.
