Very nice place to live. The apartments are not fancy, however, they are redone with new cabinets, bathtubs etc. Th. I lived at the flats at peoria for two years and I really enjoyed living there. The people that work in the office, the manager and the supervisor of maintenance are very nice and professional.

We’ve been here about 6 months now and I love it here. It was a perfect starter place for our little family. The price was perfect for what we needed during a pandemic. I was saddened when we noticed the prices are going up… and I don’t just mean by a few dollars… they are going up almost 400$.. in my own opinion, this place is not worth 1800$ a month. I feel like we spent half the time reporting that something needed fixed. The master bedroom doesn’t get any AC or heat. We were told that because of how the ducts are there wasn’t much that could be done. It took 4 months to get rid

I've lived here for about 3 months now and I can say this apartment complex is great. The complex staff is quick to respond and if you need any maintenance done, they are quick and efficient! They are very kind.
The neighbor are nice too, Everyone kind of keeps to themselves right now due to the pandemic, but occasionally I'll get a "hello" from someone in their yard! The apartments are nice and so is the community, highly recommend this place!
Only downside to this whole complex is that some neighbors will play loud music late at night. The complex is doing their best to handle this but of course

I have to say that it has been an amazing experience for my boyfriend and I. We have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the staff. This is our first time living on our own and out of our parents house after graduating high school. Cynthia couldn’t have made it any easier for us! Neither of us had any idea how it worked and we were so nervous and excited at the same time. Cynthia is always answering any questions we have. We have been here a year now and decided to sign again. I am so thankful for the staff at the office for making such a huge and scary transition for us an amazing

I moved here in May and absolutely LOVE the office staff and maintenance crew. They show how much they care about us. Very friendly and helpful in many ways. The few maintenance issues I did have were completed in a fast and timely manner. The ladies in the office Cynthia and Kayla are the Best! Thank you for making this a home! ❤️

Absolutely the worst place I’ve stayed at ever. DONT stay here this place is a joke. The leasing office workers are a joke especially the property manager, she’s always rude. Not a good fit for a manager. Also when we wanted to move into another unit they told us we had to redo our entire application and pay all the fees like we don’t live there instead of just transferring our information to the new unit. They won’t give you the security deposit back. They put a mark on our move out paper for $46 for sewer that prevented us from getting our security deposit back. DONT live here.. they

I am not a resident. I visited this property on 4/13/19 to view the 1 bdrm 1.5 bathroom unit. When I walked in, the young lady sitting at the desk didn't seem interested in helping at all. I asked if I could view the 1 bdrm, and there were none available to view. She showed me pictures on her computer of what the until looked like. There was a 2 bdrm that there was a model for, but she said I needed to come back for an appointment to view it. There is no way I was going to return when I was already there.

Great place, great staff. Feels a lot more like a small house than an apartment. The kitchens are a great size and the layout; and the overall space is fitted well, especially in the two bedroom, which is great because it is like having two Master bedrooms rather than one master and one "regular."
Not too many amenities, which is perfect for me because I'd never use them and I would rather have a nicer, more reasonably priced to live in than three gyms, a movie theater with DVD player (cause seriously, it's mostly a DVD player...), and four pools.

I have lived here for almost a year, and I have loved it! The staff really goes above and beyond for you. Jennifer and Marjorie are amazing, I am moving soon but not for the sake of not wanting to be there, I just have to re locate for personal reasons however I wish I could stay longer! You'll love the newly renovated Flat styles, they are beautiful. And if you like vaulted ceilings then this is you're place. Flats at Peoria is a win!
