I rented a property managed by 1st Quality Property Management. If you're considering leasing a property they manage I recommend finding a different property to lease. In my experience the employees of 1st Quality Property Management made leasing a property unnecessarily difficult and contributed to me leaving the property after 11 months. I found them to be difficult to communicate with and babysitting was required to ensure issues were completely resolved.

1st Quality Property Management took over my lease (thankfully) from another local leasing company. I have been so happy and impressed with their personal attention to my needs, and being very accommodating. Charlie is wonderful to work with, and just seems like an all-around good guy. Please consider this company if you have a property to lease, or if you need to rent a home. I can't say enough good things about them.
