Overall the experience of being a tenant for LVR for 5 years was good. As with most situations for that length of time there will be ups and downs. I saw many tenants come and go and most were good. A few tenants did appear to have a "drive thru" business. So as a single mother and I was not crazy about that. I only had to request a work order a handful of times over the years and each time they were out within 24 hours to repair what was needed. Roland and Bobby (maintenance crew) are friendly and have a good sense of humor. Lawn maintenance was excellent for the first 3 years but has gone downhill

"LVR Management!!!!!"
As the mother of a college student securing living accommodations in the Temple area over last few months to say the least, has been very challenging. But now that the dust has settled my daughter is in her new townhome. A “Thank You!” to the entire LVR Management Team. We appreciate everyone’s collaborative efforts working behind the scenes as it specifically related to my daughter’s situation, because it was not a simple task.
We want to send a personal “Thank You!” to Elizabeth. We want everyone to know that we would not have made it through this process without

Elizabth Garza went above and beyond to help us find a place for our son while he is in school. I was blown away by her professionalism, her understanding of our concerns as parents, and helping us navigate his move from long distance. She is quick to respond to any questions we have. I’m so thankful for her, and would recommend LVR to anyone and everyone.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I have nothing but praise to give the staff at LVR. Especially Elizabeth Garza. She helped me figure out the smallest details and was BEYOND patient with me. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking to lease with LVR. She turned a stressful experience into an exciting one.

Minimal management interaction was nice. If you weren't doing anything wrong, they left you be.
They did make it clear you were taking over the place "as is" and my place had I believe 8 light bulbs out and was pretty dirty with dog toys in the backyard. However, on move out they charged me for three lightbulbs being out which makes me question if they really change them for the next tenant. Also charged me 5$ for windex which is less then 5$ for a bottle. And also for their rags/paper towels. So just interesting stuff there, which there was a separate make ready service fee, but we all know places

When I moved in I was unaware of German cockroaches living in the stove. I noticed a few in December but thought it would be manageable with raid. I’m not the type of person to make a scene at the drop of a pin but last night I realized it was worse than I expected. I think it’s important to note that the first time we tried to move in, we walked into a home that had not been “made ready” yet. It was a small miscommunication but the issue was resolved and we were able to move in a few days later after the make ready was done. Unfortunately they weren’t thorough because they didn’t even

I can't thank this realty enough for what they did for me. My wife had signed a lease, gave a deposit and first month's rent. Four days before moving in she was diagnosed with Brain cancer and our lives completely changed that day. Including her losing her job. I went to this realty in hope that they could help me cancel lease and return our money, I knew the chances were slim due to us signing but I would at least try. I will forever be grateful for the secretary that helped me. She talked to owner and they completely refunded me when I needed it most. They were very understanding and helpful

You pay your rent on time and don't tear the place up, you never see or hear from them. Good maintenance dept that gets there quickly to repair the problem, and overall nice places. If you don't pay your rent or break your lease, these folks don't play. You will be evicted promptly and your things will wind up on the curb. I believe that they also accept ex-cons when most places in the area don't. 500.00 non refundable pet deposit. I personally think that's a bit excessive. To wrap it up, I've rented from LVR for 8 years and am happy to give them a 5 star rating.
