This is far the best Apartment homes on this side of Riverdale. Ebryth, the manager makes sure apartments homes are kept up, grounds are clean. You may here some noise from time to time, it is because they are constantly improving the grounds. These places are the most affordable in Riverdale. If you are relocating from out of state this apt home is the most affordable place to be until you know where you may want to live. About 20 min from downtown Atlanta, and near express way. No bugs, great for 2-3 people and all electric no gas.

I've been here since 2017 and I'm a loyal resident here. It's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The leasing agent is EXTREMELY nice and understanding. She will work with you no matter what your situation may be. Very clean and great people here. I recommend that anyone moves here. 5/5 stars in my book!

Update: I am going on my 4th year at Stratford arms! I love living here. I am a happy and satisfied resident! For the first couple of years we had too many changes with property managers but they have finally gotten that under control! Ms. Amarel is great! She responds to resident concerns in a timely manner and she is very polite. She has the property under control and only residents who don't like to follow the rules (in which they signed in the lease) have a problem with it. Darren is the maintenance man and he is also great! He responds to work orders and always has a positive attitude! He

I been living in theses apartments for 3 years now and over this past year along with the new property manager I must say a lot have changed for the better its time for me to renew my lease and I think ill be staying another year however I do think as being a pet owner they should have pet clean up stations around the complex and the laundry room I would hope to see up and running this year but for the most part its a wonderful place to live peaceful environment now there is security from time to time make me feel a lot more safer so if anyone looking to move anytime soon I would gladly recommend

My daughter and grandson live in these apartments, and I fear for the safety from a maintenance and environmental standpoint on a daily basis. The current leasing office staff is unwilling to assist with the issues of the fact that the heat has gone out 4 times this winter, nor does the heat on the first floor of her apartment work, to the telephone calls she has made about some of the other issues as they relate to some of the other things that are happening in the complex. I know they are affordable, but it's not worth it.

I am and have been a resident of Stratford Arms Apartments for the last year and a half. I must say that I am pleased with my complex!! Our grounds are never dirty and well kept, very pleasing to the eye. Neighbors are respectable and nice. I don't have roaches in my unit, my constant cleaning may contribute to that. I may see a spider here and there but nothing major.
The ONLY complaint I have is that I have the oldest AC unit on the block and after running a few hours it begins to blow hot air or no air at all which has become a frustration of mine. I feel like if I'm paying rent faithfully

I am a new resident as well and I was having some similar problems with the main office and maintenance. Instead of constantly contacting the on-site office, I changed it up contacted corporate. I left a voice message with all of my complaints and I was impressed with how quickly they responded to me (3 days). They also came out to my apartment with the maintenance man and went over everything I had mentioned in my voice message and any new concerns or issues I was having. The very next day, mostly everything was fixed. There is still some things to be done but nothing major or urgent. I do have

It's decent and quiet, yes... resident manager is awesome. Everything is old.. AC is old, kitchen appliance is old. A friend of mine came over and said we had an old refrigerator. Brand name: Kelvin. yeah, Kelvin. Everything breaks down every other week and takes about 3 days to fix. I would highly NOT recommend this apartment unless you're a handyman or handywoman. Pool is only open from 12 til 6 and you can only have 3 or 4 guest passes to come in. They clean the pool ONCE a week. As many people i see in that pool everyday, it needs to be 2 or 3 times a week. Oh, and be careful for those kids
