Exceptional dental practice all around! Dr Cothern and her staff are the best in Dallas at maintaining an extremely welcoming, professional, and customer oriented atmosphere. For many people, going to the dentist is not an enjoyable experience whatsoever…..that is not the case here. Dr. Cothern is incredible. Yesterday she replaced a bunch of old silver fillings in my molars. She’s an amazing dentist and a true artist. My mouth feels good and looks even better ;)

Dr. Cothern and her staff are extremely friendly, very accommodating and make you feel comfortable with their dental services. Dr. Cothern is very thorough and transparent with her service recommendations and provides clear expectations, including recovery period, price, etc., related to the recommended treatment options. I LOVE Dr. Cothern. I have been going to her for about 16 years. I cannot say enough about how knowledgable she is. Also her manner is very professional. She has a great staff as well. Most of the hygienists are good. I usually have Holly do my cleanings, and she is stellar. I recently was given a new hygienist to do my cleaning (Laurie or Laura). She was very rough, and my crown came off during my cleaning with her. It may have been loose; there is no way to know for sure. However, I am certain that her rough flossing pulled it off. She did not apologize. Dr. Cothern replaced the crown. I will

In my experience with Dr. Cothern and her team I have found them to be extremely careful and respectful listeners. No condescending attitudes toward patients here. I also value the professional manner by which Dr. Cothern coordinates my care with other specialists, and I notice that in my visits with those other specialists (periodontist, orthodontist), they spoke of her with great professional respect. I feel like I am in good hands with her and that my dental health is improving.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went to this dentist after reading good reviews and was SHOCKED when she had me sit down with her billing expert to go over my treatment plan. I knew I had one tooth that needed a root canal, but Dr Cothern's somehow managed to find 5 other teeth that needed crowns/root canals to the tune of $15,000 not even including the cost of the endodontist root canal! I literally almost fell off my chair! I'd been to the dentist just a year ago and was told only the one tooth was in need of treatment. They also charged me $500 for "comprehensive" x rays not covered

I love Dr. Cothern's office!! Best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office hands down. In the past 5 years, I have had a total of 4 different dentists...Dr. Cothern and her staff make you feel like family and genuinely are wonderful at what they do. I am a girl that cannot stand pain and I have always had a pleasant experience when getting cavities filled.

I went to Dr. Cothern after seeing some good reviews.
I have had ONE cavity in my entire life. I went to a dentist 1.5 years ago. That dentist told me that everything was fine.
Imagine my shock when I was told at Dr. Cothern's office that I had ELEVEN cavities.
Now imagine my shock when they handed me an estimate of over $4,400 to fill these cavities.
Luckily I went to get a 2nd opinion.
Lo and behold... I have THREE cavities. One in an upper molar and two in my wisdom teeth.
$160 later I have my cavity filled and must make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out.
