We recently moved to a brand new store (which is technically in Lexington), that is only 2 miles from our old store in Burlington. The plaza in which we are located is in Burlington--go figure!
We've been in our new space in Middlesex Commons Plaza for a few years, and we're still excited to show off our new home. The experience we had was a mixed bag. The bikes are awesome and they carry many great accessories. The staff was great except for an old man who when I asked him for my son to try the bikes demanded that I leave my driver’s license. Now that wouldn’t have matter since I’m legal and I do have one, but what I found to be kinda prejudiced was the fact that he only asked me, every other person that went to try the bikes did so without having to leave their license. He kept eyeing us in a very uncomfortable way. We’re a family of immigrants and we were speaking our language and apparently he

The service was amazing- when a product that is very hard to find (like most cycling products out there right now) went out of stock, they were able to suggest a product that would work just as well- something no other bike shop had been able to do. They worked with me to get the new product shipped out to me quickly. Knowledgable and considerate- solid combination!

This place has top not customer service and quick turn around for online orders. Doug is very nice and has a vast amount of information. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a place to buy a bike or supplies.
I have been searching for a discontinued pair of Bontrager shoes. This is the only place in the United States that showed stock of my size. I emailed them today to ask a question regarding the 2 sizes they had in stock. Tyler the tech who returned my bike was very nice and went above and beyond!He knows what he is doing and he took the time to show me a few things about my bike that I had no clue, on how to do it…

I purchased an expensive bike from CycleLoft from out of state. Anthony spent 2 hours setting me up to ensure the bike fits me perfectly. They held the bike for a month until I was able to pick. Great group of folks with stellar communication z. The shop is pretty big with of lots inventory. Wish my LBS has the same . Very happy with my purchase

I bought a bike here about two weeks ago. I explained what I needed and there was no over-selling. Salesperson explained everything and was able to find something to fit my needs. Everyone was great and professional when picking up my bike. Great place.

I am beyond impressed with Cycle Loft and the team that works there. I happened to go to the store on a particularly busy day and even though the team was a bit short staffed I was still provided with one on one attention that made me feel like the most important customer in the store. The staffs level of professionalism, passion and knowledge, and of course the incredible selection of products, will keep me coming back to Cycle Loft for all of my riding needs. I highly recommend Cycle Loft for beginners, seasoned cyclists, and everyone in between.

New bike is unbelievable. Went out for a 25, did lots of road, some trails, bike went through soft sand like butter. Took it on some 50 degree hills, no problem. This bike is sweet. If you want an all around bike that can go almost anywhere. I do recommend this bike. Cycle loft is nothing short of Professional. Very happy with the entire experience. Fun, Enjoyable.

Staff was excellent- friendly, knowledgeable- and didnt make you feel stupid for asking questions. That last part is really important. I have been to more than a dozen bike shops in the last 3 months and at least 3 of them had that issue. Will definitely shop there again.
UPDATE: just had my first experience with the bike mechanics at cycle Loft- in short, amazing. Across the board- customer service, knowledge, friendliness, all awesome. They carefully explained the problem what they would to fix, and how I could deal with it in the future.
