Andy McNair is such an amazing realtor. Finding our first home felt overwhelming but Andy pretty much had the answers for all the questions we had, even if he didn’t have the answer right away he still tried to find the answer for us. Our journey with Michael Kaderlik started back in June 2021. This man has the patience of a saint. We looked a ton of homes placed multiple bids and lost out on all of them due to the bidding wars. However, that didn't stop Mike from providing us with new home to check into. We ran into the bidding wars each time. But, then Mike showed us a home that had all of the specs we were looking for. Placed our bid and secured a new home for my family in September 2021.

In a demanding housing market, it took incredibly fast action to find the right home for me, and Jake was always there finding great quality listings, at a good price... and he used a fantastic set of contacts he had to ensure a great inspection and getting some early work done on my new home as well.
