The concept for the shop began as a daydream long before cupcake bakeries were strip mall staples, and it blossomed over the course of countless conversations around the kitchen table that began with "If we had a cupcake shop." Over the years, hello, cupcake has become a fixture in the Tacoma community and a must-stop destination for locals and tourists alike.
Whether you're planning an intimate gathering of your closest friends or an elaborate formal reception, a beautiful cupcake display is the modern and hassle-free alternative to a traditional wedding cake. Planning a party? Our decorators can create custom cupcakes for any occasion! Whether your celebration is playful, sophisticated, or somewhere in between, we can design cupcakes that will coordinate perfectly with your theme.
Pre-ordering is recommended, but not required unless you'd like to customize your order. For orders of more than 1 dozen cupcakes, we prefer at least 24 hours notice; however, we are sometimes able to accommodate same-day orders. For orders of more than 4 dozen cupcakes, we prefer at least 48 hours notice.

This was a super cute place we found when we were strolling the downtown area. The pink bicycle outside enticed us and then a wonderful aroma and presentation in the store made us buy cupcakes. The kiddo wanted the cupcake with flower on it. This was vanilla with chocolate frosting. I had the chocolate hazelnut cupcake. The lady in front offered plates for us to sit down. My cupcake was chocolaty and yummy. The frosting was a bit sweet but overall cupcake was soft and yummy. Kiddo licked her frosting so I assume she loved it.

Stopped in for a few birthday cupcakes and had a very pleasant experience with the young woman that helped us narrow down the right choices. This place is absolutely adorable and if this review was based strictly on presentation they would take the cake ;)
Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the cake portion of the cupcakes nor the icing consistency (the icing was super heavy). This is a cute little cupcake spot I had visited with a friend. The cupcakes were delicious, however I do question their quality of service. After the associates were mentioning to other customers about their holiday special and it was my turn in line, they didn't offer it to me. One associate had a terrible attitude and the other gave off a very fake cupcakey attitude. The associates mentioned that their holiday special comes with any purchase, but maybe just to everyone they deem worthy. Whatever the case was, I hope they treat everyone else shows up on a good day or is treated equally.

If you want an amazing strawberry cupcake, get to this spot now. Stopped in the shop on Saturday and picked up a lemon, strawberry, and French toast cupcake. I don't even know what the other 2 tasted like because I was all up on that strawberry deliciousness. It was like...the best strawberry ice cream you've ever eaten, but in a cupcake. So good!

This place is cute, great place to sit down for some coffee and cupcake. The cupcake are cute too. I got a pumpkin spice cupcake with maple cream cheese frosting - the cupcake was moist, but the frosting is definitely on the sweet side. And IMHO, $4 for a cupcake is pricey. They also offer mini cupcakes for $1.95 each.

The aesthetic of the store perfectly matches the cupcakes they sell and the staff is an excellent
and helpful group.
Stop in for the Red Velvet or Carrot (both topped with a perfectly balanced cream cheese buttercream) and you'll leave with a dozen more to share (or not )and a mug.

Our favorite cupcake spot. They always make the freshest, yummiest cupcakes in the area. They have a rewards program and send out free cupcake coupons frequently. The staff is always super nice and accommodating, I've never had a bad experience, every interaction has been so friendly and helpful. They are very kid friendly too and my kids love coming with me to pick out their cupcakes.

This place is an amazing spot. It is well worth every penny spent. These cupcakes are not only photogenic but some also have a filling inside which came as a surprise. My top three favorite are the red velvet, French toast and strawberry even tho there are so many great options. Before corona we were even considering buying these for our wedding instead of a cake.

Not impressed, my wife picked up cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. However the cupcakes are very dry. Just not impressed at all. Definitely not worth the carbs and sugars LOL. The girls put them in the fridge, they liked them better cold. I didn't test this out personally though! From looking at other reviews maybe this was a bad batch

For my birthday, I got a half dozen cupcakes, and then they gave me another one for free. I was DEFINITELY most into the pink champagne, which sadly is only available seasonally. I went back on my literal birthday for the free one and they were sold out of pink champagne.

WELL HELLO CUPCAKE!!! This was my first time here and I am so happy they have re-opened since (COVID-19)! Never have I ever tasted such delicious cupcakes....yummm!! I got these for my boyfriends birthday, neither of us are huge cupcake fans and had we not been on lockdown I probably wouldn't have gotten cupcakes because we would have went out to eat for a birthday dinner....SEW glad I made the purchase!! Even the frosting was to die for and I am not a fan of frosting!! They have a cute set up and of course we're practicing social distancing. Also to note are their offerings of La Croix
