This is by far the most incompetent and rude management! They are horrible with communication and if you plan on going in with concerns on your apartment or how things are ran don’t expect them to fix anything in a prompt manner or acknowledge anything at all. The apartments themselves are 90s renovated and everything falls apart! Go somewhere else for how expensive it is!

I lived here for two years and moved out in June 2019. I debated posting this, but felt I should share my experience. I've lived in several rental properties through the years and this was by far the worst experience.
Within two months of moving in, the main waterline burst and flooded my entire apartment in the middle of summer, causing me to have to move out for two months while they restored the unit. The day after the apartment flooded, which happened in the middle of the night, I went to work. I came home to most of my stuff packed and boxed up without ever being notified they hired a company

I wanted to live at Terraces for a few months before writing a review. So far my experience has been outstanding. From the beautiful units, to the well maintained landscaping, the neighbors, the leasing agents and more. They are smaller apartments and might be a little costly for some, but the price is offset by the overall experience.
There is evening security and a security gate to ensure your feel safe. The employees are welcoming and know you by name. The 24/7 gym is a little limited in regards to equipment, but is surprisingly underutilized, so there's normally no issues with using the equipment

My husband and I recently moved into our own home after living in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 years at Terraces. Overall, we had a great experience living here, especially as owners of a medium size dog. We had only minor maintenance issues while there, which were quickly addressed by their very kind maintenance team.
We received almost our full security deposit back and the move out process was very easy. Compared to other places I’ve lived, I would definitely recommend this complex!

Do not live there. The place is good, beautiful and comfortable. But the bedroom is as cold as outside in winter, 77 degree is not enough. Maintenance takes long time. And the bad landlord will play with leasing in trick. After you move out, they try everything to make you pay extra money. They do auto-renew without a reminder. And deposit will never come back to you. Every term on lease is a trap. They make money for renting, but they make big money on this tricks. I paid 2000$ more for it. The service do not deserve the price. I want give 3 star on the house itself, but all the service and bad

Moved out of Terraces in August 2016 after living there for 5 years. I would have left a pretty good review but I recently received a call from a collections agency, TWO AND A HALF YEARS after moving out of Terraces, to collect on a $330 bill for painting and "other repairs." It's amazing that after 5 years and thousands of dollars of rent that they would do this. Don't live here. The units aren't that nice anymore and they're obviously run by yet another shady property management company.
