ABBEY Inspection Services is owned and operated by Albert Innamorati, an ASHI certified, home inspection veteran, having performed thousands of inspections and property consultations throughout Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and Vermont. Albert's journey into the role of inspector was inevitable in 1990 after spending years in his families' construction business, in various roles, as a licensed construction supervisor and foreman.
Our goal is to provide a thoughtful, comprehensive inspection that will educate Buyers on a home's condition relative to its age as well as required maintenance and future repairs. We adhere to the Massachusetts Standards of Practice and ASHI guidelines for home inspectors.

As part of our inspection process, the Rad-7 is set up to take measurements during the inspection, giving an immediate read-out. If levels appear elevated, or at the request of the client, the machine may be left for a 48 hour test. The conclusive result takes hourly measurements, with a high, low and standard deviation printout.

Albert performed an inspection on our house prior to finalizing our purchase terms. His radon test kit is unlike any other I've ever heard of, giving instantaneous readings rather than needing several days. Albert took the time through the process to point out many things throughout the property, both positive and negative, and explain how to optimize the performance of certain systems or maintain certain items for the life of the house.
