I've been here for about 8 months now, I have to day this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Hands down, from the clean apartments, to the people that work here, and everything else. The few times I've had to put in a request (Maybe twice?) they met my needs within a single day, or the same day.

My husband and I lived here for 4 years. Deb is great! She helped us out a lot with our move-out process during this pandemic craziness. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. Most of the residents either work at the university, are graduate students, or are young families. It is generally pretty quiet. Great place to live!

Excellent management! Deb is very helpful to take care of tenant's needs. All the units are in great condition. Great place to live.
We have lived here 3 years ago and are coming back to stay for some more time before we leave the U.S for good. Deb remembered us and facilitated a short term lease in her very busy schedule at the end of the calendar year. We are very thankful to her.

I have lived here for 3 years and have had a great experience. The office staff is great and easy to work with. The very few times I have needed maintenance they have been fast, professional and very good. It's a quiet, no drama place to live. Only reason I am leaving is because I am moving out of state. Highly recommend Amber Pointe as a great place to live in Urbana IL.
