Stonebriar Of Frisco Apartments

I have to say that this community is in the perfect location for easy access to everything I need. The staff here has always been helpful and friendly. All of my needs have been met and I couldn't be happier with my choice to continue calling Stonebriar of Frisco home. 10/10 recommend to friends and coworkers.
Edit: 11/1 - I continue to be happy as a resident here. There are so many new shops and places to eat at Grandscape and of course, we aren't far from the mall, literally everything we need in within 5-10 miles including a quick drive to Dunkin, Starbucks, and we walk to Cantina Laredo, Three

My daughter and I will soon be living here going on two years. We love it here! The staff is friendly and respond fairly quickly. Maintenance is always on the property and are also nice. We are very close to Sam Rayburn tollway, the mall, restaurants and gas stations . I would highly recommend the Stonebriar at Frisco.

RENTER BEWARE!!
Apartment Complexes are always NICE AT FIRST - but when something goes wrong, be prepared for LITTLE TO NO COMMUNICATION from the leasing office. Also be sure to provide a "WRITTEN" notice that you won't be renewing your lease, or they will just charge you whatever they want and forcefully extend your lease.
Management is nonexistant, and they never answer the phones.
AC went out in the summer when I moved in, and it took 2 days for me to get a temporary unit until they fixed the normal unit.

Update 1/12/20:
Just when I thought I had seen the worst they proved me wrong. Last year reported a leak under our kitchen sink. After two weeks and many mixing bowls full of water later they came and "fixed" it while I was at work. Today I noticed water dripping out again so I open the cabinets to take a look at the "repair" they did. I was unsurprised to find that instead of actually replacing the broken parts they decided to solve the problem with several large zip-ties (see attached picture). I love this community because of how close it is to my family and the affordable price. All of my neighbors are friendly and the community itself is very safe. I love our little dog park. I'm hoping to be able to live here a while longer.

I lived here for five years. One thing I can say was pretty consistent over the years is that the property is gorgeous, and it was pretty quiet. The office staff was always responsive when we put in a ticket, and quick to deal with any maintenance that came up. Courtney and Renee are awesome and go above and beyond to make sure that residents are taken care of.

This community is a great place to live for starting adults. Very affordable and cozy. A comfortable place to live with comfortable prices! Has a decent variety of sizes and floor plans. The smallest one bedroom is more than enough for a young couple! Very pleased with the management and staff. Definitely recommend!

We have lived here for almost two years and love it. Its super convenient to shopping and less than 5 minutes to the tollway. Management has always been very accommodating, engineering is always prompt, rent is very reasonable and you just cant beat the pool in the summertime.

AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX
I have been living here for about *7* months now. The first week I moved in I found out the max internet speed is 25Mb/s I work from home for a software developer so this is extremely frustrating considering the property management has signed a contract with AT&T so you the consumer get no say in the provider.. (I called spectrum prior to moving in and they said they could get 200Mb/s and didn't find out about the contract with AT&T until AFTER moving in..)
