Recently, I took my auto loan from here. The employees here are polite, and assisted me in all ways possible. Unlike bigger banks, it’s easy to contact them on phone for assistance. They gave me the best auto loan rate. People must contact credit unions first for better rates. It also seems like supporting local community. Seems like whole place is run by women which gave me the vibes of women empowerment, that’s one great thing about this bank.
I was assisted by Christina, she is polite, quick response, and never got irritated for my silly questions. My case is bit different and new to them

I went to pay my mortgage and was treated in the most disrespectful manner by Christina. She was incredibly rude and irritated to even have to take my money. You would think I was asking her for a handout instead. I left feeling stressed, embarrassed and confused. I never saw an employee act like this in all of my life in a professional environment.
