Services
A credit union is a financial institution wholly owned and operated by its membership. We do not generate profit for a group of stockholders. As a cooperative, all income from our operations (after expenses) is returned to the membership. It is given back in the form of dividends on deposits, lower loan rates and increased services.
Any member 18 years of age or older can apply. We offer competitive rates and terms. Whether you apply in person, by phone, fax or on-line, we will in many cases be able to give you an answer in just an hour. If you are shopping for any type of vehicle you can have your loan pre-approved. When comparison-shopping be sure to ask how interest is calculated.
Our Checking account is available to all members 18 years of age or older. There are No maintenance charges associated with this account. Transfers to or from your share draft account can be made by telephone, M.A.T.T., in person or on the Internet and there is no charge made for these transfers. Deposits can be made in person, by ATM, by mail and through Direct Deposit.
A "Share" account is called this because as a member of the credit union you are a shareholder. This will be your primary savings account. It is an interest bearing account and is available to all members regardless of age. There are no maintenance charges or maintenance fees associated with this account.
Share Dividends are calculated using the average daily balance method. This method applies a periodic rate to the average daily balance in the account each month. Dividends are credited and compounded monthly for checking accounts, and quarterly for all other accounts. Checking account maintenance/activity fees may reduce earnings.

This has been a great credit union for me. I have been a customer for 20 pluss years. They always have the best loan rates and will compete with other credit establishments to give you a lower rate.The people are always friendly and helpful, the only negitive is that I wish they had an office on6the west side of the city.

I've been banking with Evergreen FCU for at least 15 years now, they are a great bunch of people. They are always friendly and very helpful. Any time I've ever had any questions or the occasional issue they are always on top of it and take care of things in a timely manner. I highly recommend doing banking with them you won't regret it.
