Things have slowly started to turn around but the only thing that doesn’t make sense is charging $60 a month for trash. Houses that have two full-size trash cans and a full size recycling can only pay $80 every 3 months. I can understand trash volume goes up when people are buying packages during peak season but $60 a month is a little much. But props to the front office, maintenance, and management for trying to make things better. I really appreciate it

I’ve been living here a couple months now, and it has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in the office people help me out so much with everything the maintenance is outstanding this company is so active they have games food trucks on fridays this team is great I highly recommended living here !!!!

WARNING: IF YOU LIKE HAVING A PLACE TO PARK AND GREAT MANAGEMENT, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Parking will have you playing Russian roulette every day if you are not offered a spot when you sign your lease. They will tow anyone without question. So many cars have had marks on windows from getting towed that are active residents. All because of what Lumina has put in place. They want their residents to have to walk from a sketchy roundabout far from the entrance. Expect to see a lot of hidden fees as well. Expect to pay at least 130 dollars more for “utilities and other necessary fees”. Mind you this

Parking is trash and they put up a sign overnight that says no curb or sidewalk parking on the very first stop sign going in and out and no where else and towed vehicles overnight. Apartments are apartments, but the parking has done nothing but get worse and worse over the last year and they keep adding more restrictions to “help” the situation. People have parked there for the last six months and one of the few times I need to because I got home late and literally every other parking spot is full some with cars that haven’t moved in weeks, I parked on a non red curb that I have seen others

I visit Reno for the first time last week and immediately fell in love with Lumina at Spanish Springs. I was greeted by the nicest office staff and was blown away by the amazing amenities... Including a Kombucha Keg.. like what! It was nice to see the amenities and I am excited for when they open again.. I totally understand the office as they strive to keep all residents safe and happy during this pandemic. I honestly could see myself living any of the floor plans as they are all open and inviting. Did I mention that there is a lake and mountain view??

Lumina is a typical corporate rental complex trying to take every penny they can from their tenants. Read your lease carefully, because they're going to try and say you agreed to fees and move out charges that you did not agree to.
Here is what you can expect at move out...
Lumina is trying to collect $539.64 for move out costs and an additional $300.00 that we had paid for a pet deposit.
There was no pet damage. There was no general damage. There were no areas that needed additional cleaning. All minor holes had been patched and painted using instructions and paint information provided by Lumina
