Great service, great people. Comfortable waiting area with nice leather couches, coffee machine and tv. Easy location to get in & out. Honest service. They won't try to up charge you and sell unnecessary services in order to make a buck. I prefer smaller businesses such as this one. I will return for all my automotive needs. I highly recommend.

Burd's is awesome!! Bill is such a great guy. He works with you, makes sure everything is perfect for you before it leaves the shop. Very thorough with everything they do. I have taken my car a few places before and compared to Bill and his crew, every place else was sub-par. I recommend this place to everyone that needs some work done on their vehicle.

It is so fantastic to find an auto repair establishment that you can trust! Burd's is that place for me. Bill and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. I completely trust them. I would have no problem in just dropping my car off, telling them the symptoms of my problem and just telling them to fix it. I know that the car would be fixed at a fair price. I highly recommend Burd's Auto Bays!

Took the 2008 Colorado truck in due to an oil leak was told it was the oil pan $600 later the next day retuned with the leak still there. was told well I checked everything and did not believe it was the main seal. Bring it back in he had it for another 4 days because now the air bag sensor light was on ,the horn did not work and the seat belt was causing an alarm to go off. possible coincidence but none the less weird. He blamed it on my remote started install (which done over 2 yrs ago) He saidd he can fix it but was not wiling to apply the $600 I already paid for a repair that apparently was

This place is awful. I took my car in, and Bill, the owner, told me what was supposedly wrong. Knowing very little about cars, I sometimes have to take peoples' words for things. Well, big mistake in this case! The "problem" could have been fixed for a fraction of the price. It was fixed so well, in fact, that two weeks later when the same exact thing started happening again, I took it somewhere else and they repaired it for just over half the price, and IT STAYED FIXED. DON'T USE BURD'S!!!

My car had this rattling toward the bumper or spoiler area for a week. I took it into Schaumburg Mitsubishi and they couldn't find anything wrong. The tech at SM actually dismissed it to the weather change. I knew he had not looked properly because my car continued to rattle. In fact, it was getting worse.
Fast forward 3 days later were a close friend of mine highly suggested Burds Auto Bay. Man, am I glad I came in here!
Bill, the owner of the establishment, and his tech looked into it and within 30 minutes the problem area was inspected, found, explained to me, and fixed. Bill and tech

These guys are great. Bill and his crew provide good service and are very honest. I shopped around for various work (i.e. recently had my timing belt and water pump replaced - not a cheap job) and they had the best price by far. He is now my regular mechanic and I am always referring others to him if they need car repair.
