Beautiful trees. Lovely to walk along the Creek. Apartments are highly livable. Includes a large pool. Well managed for the most part.

I love this place. I lived here for about 5 years with my parents. I'm planning of renting an apartment for the first time. What kind of payment methods do you guys accept? And where would we make the payments? Thanks!

We love Creekside. The location is amazing, really child friendly and safe neighborhood, next to the trail and close to the shopping areas. The layout of the apartments are really good with spacious rooms. The maintenance service is really efficient and fast. It is a small community with really nice people. We have been living here almost 2 years now and we made lots of friends who are always willing to help. As internationals Creekside helps us a lot to feel being home away from our home countries.

We love this complex. It is truly our HOME. There are so many complexes in the area and this property has the best floor plans by far! The community, pool, staff, maintenance, location are great! We feel safe - what more could you ask for?

I lived here for about a year. The management was great to work with and we had no issues at all. The maintenance crew responded quickly to the minor issues we needed fixed. I loved the easy access to Rock Creek Trail. As a bonus I was able to get a referral to a water remediation company after moving out of the apartments when I had an issue in my own home.

Been here for about 2 months, maintenance responds very promptly with the issues we had with flooding, doors not closing, and with our dishwasher. Small oversights but the maintenance's quick response within a day or two along with property management having been very communicative and straightforward is a welcome change to past rental landlords!

They tow your car just like that, doesn't matter if you are a guest or a resident. If they don't like the way your car looks, they tow it. There is some sort of elitist crap going on at this place. It cost me 440 dollars to visit a friend. He was told that guests can park in uncovered spaces, which is what I did, but still I got towed. When we approached them their response was that yes that is unfortunate but we won't pay. So rude and inconsiderate, I just spent half of my life savings on these people they are horrible.

The apartments themselves are not much to write home about. Dated appliances and interior. You'll need a car or a good pair of walking legs to get anywhere. Staff was friendly and low churn. Getting a lease signed was smooth and quick. My unit was susceptible to mold, which I thought was fairly common, until I lived elsewhere. The area is an easy target for car thefts and vandalism due to the poorly lit parking and detached garages. Spa was constantly out of service. The creek is actually a runoff, with some running trails, don't expect a view. It's affordable and close enough that the occupancy
