It’s very sad to hear that a man died while in his bed in this apartment…… the ceiling came crashing down….. no one should have to live this nightmare and now the man’s family has to think about how their loved one died in such a horrible way… it’s 2022 ceiling should not be falling down like this…

This is not a gated community. I worked there 15 months and saw 7 employees come and go. Plus the bank just refused to cash my final check. Makes you wonder about the management of this place.

No access for tobacco users. They don't allow smoking anywhere on property, not even your car and don't provide a safe designated area for those adults who wish to use tobacco. The closest place to smoke is on public sidewalk where cars are speeding up and down and no barrier for any type of protection that these vulnerable from out of control over speeding cars and cold and hot weather rain as well as darkness.

I would have given this community a better score but they keep raising the rent on my mother and if this continues to exceed her budget we are going to have to move her out.

Years ago when my friend lived here the landscaping was immaculate and beautiful. It was one of the things that really appealed to me. Now that I'm considering the property the groundskeeping looks horrible! Weeds and leaves everywhere. It's really a shame.

We moved here over 2 1/2 years ago as rent was low at 718, but now we are paying 977 as we can't afford to be here come July if they raise our rent another hundred bucks. They maintenance is good but the grounds are dirty, leaves everywhere and when the gardeners cut the grass they blow leaves and debris on our patio every Tuesday.

Quiet, mature living apts. Clean. Friendly people. Decent pricing for the times. Would recommend checking them out. Close to the local library. Older facility.
