With a giant private beach on the quiet West End only 1 mile from Pier Park, it is the perfect location. The condos face fully south so even in the winter the balcony is warm and you watch sunsets every night. The pool is heated in the winter. Parking is super easy, free and right under the condo so now walking across the street. Only 84 units and 4 elevators mean no waiting. We own 305 East and go there all the time when not renting out on VRBO 1140575. It is a little slice of heaven.

Pros- Excellent beach location. Equipped with All utilities and worked properly. Comfy. Close parking
Cons- A tad worn down. Felt unclean. No bedding. Wifi spotty and Xfinity TV was extremely slow.
Complaints- When we stayed our comforters didn't come until the fourth day of our stay. Floors were absolutely filthy. Slow elevators. Pool was on small side, freezing and unsanitary.
My family enjoyed our stay and will likely come back again despite the small complaints, hoping our next stay is a little more enjoyable. Highly recommended for the price.

Great location. Decent building. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and private entrance to the beach. Lots of elevators and stairs for the size of the building, but the elevator by our rental broke with people stuck inside while we were there. Someone who seemed to be an employee or angry owner came and screamed at the kids in the pool area one morning, as well. But overall great location and we really enjoyed our stay.

This place was overpriced, and dirty. The beds were horrible. We had an 8 person room and were allowed 2 cars to park, then once we arrived were told only one was allowed and had to pay a fee for the second one. The pool and hot tub are gross and the paint is chipping and cracking, making it easy to cut yourself, or snag your swimsuit. There are no chairs anywhere to lounge on either. The pool was very cloudy and the hot tub was cold. Overall the stay was decent, but on the day we had to leave, we got in the elevator (we were on the 7th floor) and we got stuck. We had to call the fire department

I have 2 special needs children, we stayed in 803 E it couldn’t have been any better. We had a beautiful view, our place was very nice, clean, and decorated beautifully. The only thing wrong was the toilet paper hanger was hanging off the wall which wasn’t a problem at all we just didn’t use it. The pool was nice and the beach was not overcrowded. We will definitely have to stay again.

Rooms were nice and felt like home. Great access to the beach. It also close to other things and had good parking. The hot tub didn't seem to be heated because it was honestly kinda of cold.(60°) There were no signs to point you to the pool/hot tub area either. That the only reason for the place to be a 4 instead of a 5

Pleasant place. Beach was awesome. Not crowded and clean. The staff was nice enough. Had two issues. One was spiders in the sliding door and the other was the vent in the bathroom. Both were addressed quickly by the staff. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the condo could have been cleaned better. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
