Huge place that is not easily navigated. Must go around the entire community while reading each building, and doors, to try and establish a pattern. Perhaps a directory. I would video next time, if I ever have business driving deep into this community again. I recommend leaving a trail of breadcrumbs.

Disgusting business practices. Management lies about times that paperwork was turn in, will dodge calls, and tries to charge absurd amounts of money when moving out knowing hard working people likely won’t spend the time and resources fighting them. I paid undue fees in full and was sent an email stating I had 0 balance but was turned over to collections an entire month later. Terrible people.

I lived here previously, the management company is the pits. The ponds on the property are overrun with pythons and they haven't informed their tenants. Pets are being lost to the snakes. The units are old and out of date, yet they are charging the same rent as Ibis walk. The AC units are at least 30 years old and they refuse to update them.

Lived here going on 5 years and loved it when I first moved in then management changed with things going down hill quickly. More recently the new office ,maintenance staff have really started to bring it back . Lawn guys are doing a much better job ,the facility’s are all the way around cleaner . Thank you Tamarind bay for making this complex a place I can feel proud to come home to every day.

I currently live here and I hate it. I moved in with my husband a little over a year ago, and the staff at the time was wonderful and made everything easy. The staff changed in the past year, and they are horrible. I have an issue with someone smoking weed and cigarettes in their bathroom, and the smoke makes our bathroom (and whole apartment, if we forget to shut the bathroom door) smell like weed and cigarettes. We first brought it to management's attention about TWO MONTHS AGO. They said, oh we will send letters to tell them to stop. We had people over for our wedding, and they had to deal with

This place is safe, calm, no problems with bugs or parking. Apartment was clean, appliances in like-new condition. Maintenance requests (minor issues like replacing battery in smoke detector) were resolved promptly, usually less than 24 hours. This apartment park deserves much better rating (currently 2.7 probably due to haters) and I can only recommend it.

I just moved into their one bedroom here at Tamarind Bay, the apartment is amazing!!!! The maintenance manager Sonny Cardenas did an outstanding job with the unit, it is perfect every detail was done just right. The unit looks brand new it was freshly painted and my favorite the flooring!!! The unit had carpet all throughout and this was an issue, Sonny made sure the floor was replaced with vinyl and it is gorgeous it looks perfect gives the apartment a very nice touch very modern and stylish. I am very grateful to Sonny for putting so much effort into it being so friendly and professional. Overall
