This moment right now might be difficult, but there's a lifetime of better moments to look forward to. It takes courage to ask for help - and sometimes the problem isn't always clear. We serve Columbia County from various satellite locations in Scappoose, Saint Helens, Rainier, Clatskanie, and Vernonia.
Throughout a child's life, they look for support in many different ways. Natural supports in a child's life make a huge impact on their growth and development; teachers, child care providers, coaches, church leaders, and of course, most important of all - their family!

By being responsive to your child's needs, you help them form healthy social and emotional skills such as tolerating difficult emotions, sharing, caring about others, respect, and curiosity. These skills also allow your child to learn and achieve academic success! Additional support may be needed if you see your child struggling or they have been through a traumatic event.
CCMH offers a continuum of community based programming for individuals who live with severe and persistent mental illness. We believe that in order for recovery to take place, the culture of mental health services must prioritize an individual's self-determination and relationship empowerment. We help individuals engage in active and full participation as consumers in work and community life.
Substance abuse and addiction is a family and community problem; it impacts everyone regardless of age or circumstance. We help youth, adults and families who face this challenge by offering support and recovery through outpatient, inpatient and residential programs. A clinician will meet with you to determine the right level of care based upon your use pattern and preferences for treatment.
