Some other tenant requested maintenance service and gave the wrong apt. number (mine). That is the second time within a week this happens. The first time a maintenance employee called me to inform me they would be coming over for some other maintenance and I told him I never placed that request. So that request was cancelled and nobody entered my apt.

I have had some poor experiences with a past employee but Anthony has been helpful since day one. I also recently had a great experience with Jerry from the Maintenance team. I was having some issues with my a/c. He was always available to assist. He just fixed the problem and I could not be happier with this heat. He was very kind and pleasant. Thank you!

When I first got here I was happy with my apartment. It is beautiful but they only renovated the floors. The kitchen looks like it was involved with a flood and all the cabinets are falling apart and I haven’t been here for 8 months yet and I’m ready to leave and never look back. They don’t let you see or test out the apartment before you move in so you don’t know what your signing up for. There is never parking. I called about it to see if they can help me because I got a ticket for parking in the handicap parking but they said that parking is first come first serve which is ridiculous

Renee was absolutely awesome helping us find our new apartment! She answered all and any questions that we had and was professional through and through. Real impressed with the trash valet that they offer and can’t wait to take advantage of it! Above all else, the apartment (and the community) is absolutely lovely.~

There is a lot to like about the place, but there are serious problems, too. The office staff is helpful but often swamped with too much work. When they are available, they are terrific. The maintenance staff are great and fast to respond. The apartments themselves are fine and a good value.
The bad: There is too high of a percentage of trashy people who live like trashy people, and since you are in an apartment complex with them, you have to live with it. Dumpsters overflow and people just throw garbage in the parking lot and on the walkways. Music will come blasting out of a neighbor's apartment
