Update 09/01/21: my ac has been fixed and I wanted to give it some time to before I provided feedback. The apartment manager Felicia was amazing throughout the entire process. Her willingness to put in place a system of accountability going forward as well as keeping open communication helped change my mind about how I felt maintenance issues were gonna be in the future. She was her empathetic of my situation and provided solutions to remedy the problem and was on call if I had any additional issues or concerns. It took all of two weeks total to get everything fixed and I’ve had no issues since

I truly love living here. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and try their best to resolve any issues. Great looking curb appeal. Plus, living close to the beach is awesome! The only things that are bothersome to me are: the pesky water bugs that find a way in and, parking. There should really be assigned parking spots(free of charge). All in all, for me, it is a great place to be.

I’m not going to lie my time at Buckroe Pointe was rough when I first got there. Leaky ceilings, obnoxious neighbors with terrible kids, a maintenance team that didn’t know how to fix anything, and worst of all a property manager who lied through her teeth. After a few months she was replaced with a new property manager who wasn’t any better than her. That property manager must have gotten a lot of complaints too because not long after she arrived, she was already leaving. Just when I had given up all hope, the property manager from heaven had arrived. Her name is Felicia, and had it not

The management needs to do something about the residents and the parking situation. Parking is not assigned , however since the day I moved in I have been harassed by other residents who complain if you park in a spot near their unit . My unit is the furthest unit from the parking lot and I have to drive around multiple lots just to find a spot , then get harassed by the residents. I have sent emails and phone calls to the office about these threats, including notes on my car , confrontations, and having my location revealed and threatened if I parked in a certain area again. I walk alone at midnight

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Buckroe Pointe ! ❤️ One of the best decisions I have ever made, to raise our daughters in such a wonderful community. Staff is absolutely amazing. Our place absolutely amazing!
Only bad thing that I can say is we were told the place gets professional cleaned..moved in and had to take 3 days to clean the place. But that’s nothing, only a quick fix. I love cleaning anyways haha. Still give them 5 stars ! Would give them hundreds more if I could !!

My boyfriend and I have loved living here. Maintenance is fantastic and we always get a quick response for any issues we may have (when our washing machine broke, maintenance tried to fix it and ended up replacing it within a few days of us notifying them). The price is great, there’s ample parking, we have a nice little backyard and the field and woods behind the community are great for walking/running. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Overall a great place to live, especially for the price.

It's always been peaceful here even before the remodeling. But the thing I find most gratifying is the way the children are cared for. This past summer all the little events geared toward keeping them interested in social activities have been a true godsend. And now with school set to begin again, there's even a back to school barbeque planned. Keep up the good work!

I thought the apartments looked nice when I visited and was looking forward to moving in, but have been dealing with an insect infestation since the day I moved in. I keep my unit immaculate, and have put requests for it to be solved for several months, but I'm still finding bugs in my place everyday. Its to the point where I can't have family or friends over, or consider getting a roommate, because I would feel bad subjecting them to this. For the money they charge, you can have a much nicer quality of life - without having to deal with bugs everyday - elsewhere. Run far and fast.
