ROC Steady Pilates, a boutique studio that offers both the classical and progressive styles of Pilates. The Reformer works the whole body from the inside out, strengthening the core, arms, legs, back and hips and can be for EVERYONE! No matter your age, gender or level of fitness. With proper breathing techniques incorporated into each class we will reduce stress, muscle tension and fatigue, all while building strength and a stronger core.

Possibly one of the most exciting aspects of Pilates is that anyone can do it, and everyone can achieve amazing results. Because there's no bouncing, jarring, or stress. By Christine Romani-Ruby I met Mary Ann Brown when she came to me as a patient in physical therapy four years ago. She had been suffering from sacroiliac pain.
Services
With a small more intimate setting, we offer a variety of reformer classes from beginning Pilates to a new more cardio based version. Our studio offers privates, semi-privates and group classes in Pilates. Reformer classes are all 50 mins long and Jump Board classes are 25 mins. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

Was in LA area and wanted to find a nice Pilates studio to exercise at while traveling. I found this gem, conveniently located near Riviera Place, free parking in the back of the plaza. The studio is intimate but spacious, and my instructor Rocio was very welcoming! The class was the right amount of challenging, working out core, arms, and legs (but the instructor mentioned every class varies, tailoring to each persons' needs). And prices are reasonable!
