RockIt Body Pilates is an innovative workout designed to strengthen, tighten, tone and elongate the body. A fusion of Pilates, cardio and strength training this workout will leave you feeling good and looking great! Our workout consists of low-impact muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize flexibility, increase core strength and improve muscle balance.

With the continued education and dedication of our team, we believe you shouldn't have to decide between a traditional Pilates studio vs a modern fitness Pilates program.
At RockIt we offer an innovative workout specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, tone and elongate the body quickly and safely. RockIt Pilates is a fusion of pilates, cardio, and strength training, that achieves muscle definition faster than traditional Pilates and/or weight training alone. This workout also promotes flexibility and elasticity, which helps prevent injury.

Kaci has been teaching a variety of modalities since 2009. A Texas girl who found her way to the beaches of LA falling in love with the healthy active lifestyle of California. Kaci enjoys the fine art of practicing what she preaches, saying the things most people only think, bullying others into doing things that scare them, exploring LA and dancing naked in front of her living room window.
If you're feeling a little uneasy about your first class, we recommend you attend one of our beginner workshops. These workshops introduce the reformer, break down the basics and explain modifications you can use going into your first class. All RockIt classes can be attended by beginners, as well.

LOL Absolute lie of a Response you guys refused to give me a full refund after your mistake and I'm telling you and my Bank also said the money was not returned from you my account was like this for months... you guys are Beyond Shady and Clearly Don't Pay Attention if you gave me my full refund even out of compensation and consideration you wouldn't be hearing from me. I've been coming to Rockit Body for 6 years. I suffered a brutal accident playing college volleyball and had long searched out a low impact workout that could give me the same strength as working out in the gym. My best friend brought me to a 6am class with Erica and I've been returning ever since. I've NEVER had abs until taking up pilates, my entire shape has transformed.

Since Kaci took over the studio I've noticed a massive shift in the vibe of the studio. All of the instructors are in high spirits and some have even become my close friends outside of the studio! Rockit

First time at this studio and the instructor was very friendly. You have to wear your mask while indoors and working out. The studio is clean the only bummer is that you have to pay for parking. Parking can be a bit difficult with restaurants currently taking up spaces for outdoor dining.

My favorite pilates studio in south bay! I used to come here before I had my son and now I am back! Intense workout every time. I wish I could come everyday! All the instructors are excellent.

I have been a client of this studio for 5+ years and am thrilled to be an ongoing client. The sessions are 50 minutes of pure strengthening of the muscles while listening to upbeat music and getting encouragement and guidance from the instructors. When Covid-19 prevented in person exercise they quickly responded with virtual classes. They are flexible and understanding with memberships and have put them on hold through all the various shut downs. If you find yourself needing an invigorating workout that is low impact, I highly recommend Rock It Body Pilates!

The BEST workout and the BEST owner! If you've been wanting to try pilates or need a new place to workout, give RockIt Body a try! I've been going there for over 7 years and it's never been better! Since Kaci took over, she has put together a rockstar team of instructors and staff. The reformers are in tip top shape and the energy at this studio is amazing! Honestly wasn't stoked on the energy at this studio. I went to a 6 AM class so maybe my expectations were too high but compared to other Pilates studios I have gone to in the Bay Area this one wasn't as welcoming or fun.

OMG amazing workout! Been going for 7 years! Still not bored.
One time per week for one month is all i could handle at first; and even with that little amount, my body changed! (For the better)
The instructors are great and the new owner is a special kind of wacky that everyone can benefit from and take a page out of her book

Love this studio! Super challenging, at first I could only do about 75% of the class. All the instructors especially Tove and Kaci were excellent in helping me modify where I needed to and understanding when I just needed a break. I especially enjoyed the motivating music. After doing the 1 month intro I can now get through the whole class, I see and feel a big difference! I will definitely be signing up again!

Great Atmosphere. Great Instructors with awesome personalities and positive motivating energy. They provide excellent instruction and attention to ensure proper form and technique. It has been a very positive and enjoyable experience. Hard work but worth the effort. Kaci in particular rocks and also plays great music!

This review is so very long over-due. I have been taking classes at RockIt Body Pilates for almost a year now, and there are not enough words to explain how much I love taking class there.

Kaci, in particular, is a rockstar! Her infectious personality and dedication to her students is evident every single class. She plays the best music. Combine that with her positive fun energy and her kick-butt workouts, you will leave her class floating and feeling like you can take on the world. She also takes the time to correct form and doesn't let you shortcut yourself from a good workout.

I liked the class a lot. It's fun and challenging. The studio is clean and I like that there's a parking. The machines are fine to me. They're not THAT old and pretty clean. Although I was not so impressed about the front desk staff attitude. She seemed nice and all but because I booked through ClassPass, they don't always love us. I showed up at the wrong location. I know it was on my part and I was being apologetic about it and asked her to help me. She gave me an attitude saying to me without looking at me "well it's not really our fault", I don't know

Took a fabulous Straps class here! I love using the straps and wish more studios would offer it! The vibe was upbeat, the sequence was strong and the studio just felt inspired! I don't live in the area, so just did this one drop in, but would defiantly come back! Easy location with parking too!

Tried the unlimited monthly membership a few months back. I live close to the Redondo Beach location. 1st, parking is so hard to find and when you do you have to pay a meter. They require that you wear socks and if you forget them you have to spend around $15 for socks. The machines are so outdated and loud! I hear a rumor that they can't get new machines due to a conflict with the maker of the machines. They should probably try to figure something else out because these machines are old and not working. The instructors were just ok and the music not motivating at all. The other clients were

I found rockit body Pilates on groupon and I am hooked! I've been going there for about 2 months now, first to the Redondo and now at the Manhattan Beach studio.

Kaci is my favorite! She's super high energy and also kicks your butt. I'm never bored in her class. My first class, I was sore for 3 days specifically my abs and butt. I still get sore with the pilates classes here. It's so great to feel sore as I've been working out for a while (yoga, running, barre, weights) now but not regularly with a pilates studio. I gave Rockit Body two chances, but I was seriously disappointed by my experience. My first class, which was the wrong level, was incredibly challenging but the instructor offered many modifications and allowed me to go at my own pace.

In my class today with Amie, in contrast, I felt utterly humiliated and almost left several times. I am working on getting in shape and have rheumatoid arthritis. Okay I am a crazy fitness enthusiast and I've tried everything - Crossfit, yoga, swimming, cycling, etc. Although I still do all of these activities, nothing compares to my love for Pilates especially at RockIt Body! Tried a class. Two days later I was still aching in my abs, legs and shoulders, that is how difficult this Pilates class is.

The good news is I also felt sore in some muscles I had very obviously never worked hard before. That was the entire point of going - to get my body in shape in areas my routine had found hard to 'fix'.....
