I found a listing for the Alderwood Heights apartments on Facebook and scheduled a tour of the place through Facebook Messenger. The listing was very concise and the price points were clear. It was quite refreshing to finally have a listing that provided all of the pertinent details without having to ask. When I messaged them to schedule a tour, the manager Mykayla, promptly responded and was very polite and professional.
When I toured this place it appeared well kept and welcoming. The "model" unit I viewed was a one-bedroom apartment (the 2 bed wasn't vacant yet) but it looked pretty spacious

The audacity of a complex to charge $1700 a month for a one bedroom apartment in and old, outdated, falling apart, barely maintained complex that has a severe spider problem, moisture issues and amenities that are closed for 2 years is ridiculous. Save your money and look elsewhere. “Luxury Apartments” LMAO

Dealing with staff that is not professional at all
Takes so much time for maintenance to show up. All they worry is about money
We getting charged for things that was there before

Zoey, one of the front desk receptionist made it simple and easy. Being my first time applying for an apartment, I can say Zoey’s friendliness, calmness and guidance help me a lot throughout this whole process. And I can give this apartments a 5 star, since I am now a tenant and pretty happy with how clean it is and how calm the surroundings are.

My husband and I came in and did a tour with Zoe of a 1x1 at the end of October and loved the property, staff and amenities! Zoe and the other ladies were so helpful and kind ❤️. We ended up relocating to Portland but will definitely recommend Alderwood Heights to our friends staying in the Seattle office!
