I gave this store a lot of business I had defective tubes they would not make good for the product very expensive beware charge arm and a leg

I have been going to Cycle Dynamics for many years. They are an amazing team who treat their customers extraordinarily well. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable on product and repairs.

Pound for pound, Charlie = spot-on with both his straight-up knowledge, & competitive pricing, not to mention respectable, across-the-board inventory (+ CDs takes its longterm customer record-keeping archives seriously)!

I tune up each year with this crew. Professional, helpful, and willing to a accommodate. The shop is tight on space. Prices are in line with the market. Good honest local business.

We have purchased 3 bikes over the last few months, 2 for my kids and one for my husband. They were super helpful in helping my husband with the very specific type he was looking for and fitting my kids. Really appreciated the included tune up to ensure everything was working properly.
The covid precautions did not negatively impact the experience as they met us outside with bike options and communicated throughout the day/ evening via text answering questions and scheduling.

Have used them for some tune ups over the years. They had no problem making some adjustments after I road tested in the parking lot. Friendly, good attitude, took the time to explain things. Thank you!

Knowledgeable staff and good work, but the high price doesn’t match the attention to detail.
I had a brake hose replaced with a white one (all the others are black), and the saddle wasn’t set back to level after it was reinstalled. Minor details, but to charge top dollar I’d expect these things to come with the service.

I visited Cycle Dynamics during quarantine. Amazing customer service and protocols around Coronavirus. They are conveniently located and will definitely bring my bike back to them again.

Charlie, the owner, is incredibly helpful and patient with regards to fitting my bike, making sure everything is sized properly, picking out shoes, helmet, etc. He doesn't want to "sell me stuff" - he wants to make sure I get the most enjoyment out of biking which I really appreciate. I don't feel rushed when I'm in the store and there is no pressure to buy stuff (which just makes me want to buy more stuff!). This is my official LBS and I look forward to going back.

Very helpful! Friendly, knowledgeable people. Matt helped me with my spin shoe cleat issue, going above and beyond! It is so nice to have such personal service. I hope this locally-owned bike shop continues to thrive.

Wonderful bike shop. The solid tire came off my shower wheelchair and they were happy to help in putting it back on. They said it might take two days if they had to order a tire but surprised me and called within two hours for me to pick it up. We had tried a bike shop in Norwalk but they wouldn't even try to fix it. Neither would a surgical supply house. Thank God for people who care and go the extra mile. They also said if my regular chair needed new tires they would be happy to order them and put them on. Bike shops charge far less than wheelchair repair places. I'm a fan

Cycle Dynamics is the epitome of a wholesome mom and pop type bike shop - friendly service, good pricing, and helpful hints and tips are abundant in this store. I have been there at least a dozen times and each time was a pleasant, helpful experience. Would recommend to anyone who's just beginning as a rider to seasoned pros.

Great local bike shop. Just what you want in your neighborhood. I've known the folks at cycle dynamics for years. They have always had the time to take care of any issues or questIons I have had. I am a serious cyclist and I appreciate the care they give each individual, whether you are buying an expensive bike or just want help with a small retail purchase. These folks are here for the long run to service their bicycling community with pride and expertise.

My son's bike had a few cables off from a fall -- they were not broken, just needed to be placed back into proper places and adjusted. I knew it was a 5m fix. I stopped into Cycle Dynamics expecting to have to leave the bike and get a big charge... the young guy working there was very knowledgeable and showed us how to fix the bike on the spot for no charge. I gave him a tip for helping and we were on our way. Great and unexpected experience, will come back in the future!

Brought my bike in for a quick wheel truing right before Memorial Day weekend. Was in a rush to get my bike fixed for my trip. I was helped by Matt and he got it done in a couple hours. He was super helpful and provided great service.

Needed cleats for my new shoes. Easy peasy purchase. Knowledgable staff. Super friendly and helped me out with understanding more about clear position.

I read the good reviews and I thought I would give them a try... Mistake. Brought my bike in for a spring tune-up, they were busy, I was told 10 days, long time but I get it. Everybody brings in their bike on the first sunny warm day, I was no different. I also wanted to get new tires but decided to wait till I saw how much the tune-up would be, on their suggestion. Should have known then...

I call them 10 days later and am told that it will be hundreds of dollars for the tune up and another hundred for the tires. new bike territory, Whoa. So I say, no tires and forget the new cables as I get

This is the best bike shop in CT, and quite possibly the whole of the States, maybe even the whole world. If you live close by, or you're passing through, and you need a new bike, some repairs, some accessories, or just some advice, I recommend you visit Cycle Dynamics. You will not be disappointed. You will, in fact, be the very opposite of disappointed, such as: contented, fulfilled, satisfied etc. I guarantee it (figuratively speaking, of course)

The nicest bike guys around. Clean and efficient shop, good options and run by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner is awesome! Not sure how their prices stack up, but hey it's Westport. Go for the service and know that they'll fit you with the perfect bike for you and not push something just for a sale.

I am new to the area, and decided I wanted a bike. I knew I wanted something a little bit nicer than a Sports Authority bike, so I looked up Cycle Dynamics, and am thankful that I did.

The guys here are super friendly, and did not push me to a more expensive bike, when they easily could have. They had me ride a few and talked to me how I looked on each, and felt on each. I am very happy with the bike I chose - they took the time to tune it, install a trip computer for me, and even put on my water bottle holder.
