CV Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by home inspectors Chris and Valerie Flannery, a husband and wife team in Clark County, Nevada. They have been inspecting since 2015 and have completed well over 1,500 thorough home & commercial inspections for their satisfied clients.
Both Chris and Valerie have spent their lives and careers as public servants, and it only seemed appropriate to them that they would keep serving their community after creating their own business together as a couple.When they aren't working, the couple spends time with their family, friends, and pets, taking care of their aquariums, and volunteering/dedicating time to giving to the less fortunate.

CV Inspections, LLC abides by the state of Nevada's Standards of Practice (SOP) during all inspection services. The Buyer's Inspection is a thorough and non-invasive visual inspection of the home which gives buyers the information they need to know about its condition and damages before moving forward with a deal.

Valerie, Chris, and Shane were all WONDERFUL…I literally can’t express my gratitude enough! Valerie responded quickly with a quote and we were able to have everything scheduled and paid for with ease. Valerie and Chris are absolute Aces! They are thorough and fast. You get the inspection report on the same day! Even if they do the inspection in the afternoon. Valerie and Chris are amazing and do such a thorough inspection with tons of photos and always finding those small issues that most inspectors don't catch. They work as a team which I think is just awesome! I would hire them for all my properties! Reasonably priced compared to others and really do a amazing job!

This is probably the most professional duo I have used for inspecting one of our homes. They are so detailed in their report it was very easy to read and understand. Inspectors Make such a Difference!! I've worked with Chris Flannery & Valerie ODell Flannery Several Times, and another one of those times was today! They came through in a clutch and ensured a closing for my Client. My Buyer decided to go with a different Inspection Company Other then CV Inspections for her Completely Renovated House, to save a few bucks (which she actually didn't do since she paid re-inspection fees a couple times) Long story short, if Chris & Val hadn't stopped by today to go over a few of the repairs and explain them to my Buyer I'm not sure if she
