I’ve been here barely a month and so far: the bedroom door has fallen on me twice because it wasn’t installed correctly, my living room has been flooded, I’ve had neighbors play their music all night long until the next day, and I’ve been woken up to the sound of people fighting and screaming in the parking lot. At the least maintenance has been responsive to fixing the door and fixing the flooding problem but now I’m pretty sure mold is going to grow on the walls from all the water damage.

I’ve lived here with a roommate for over 2 years and within that time our bathroom sink was broken and never repaired, the freezer part of our refrigerator made ice which we could not stop, our freezer overflowed with ice ever 4 days. The stove broke and when someone came to repair it they only fixed 2 of the 4 burners and even when we called to complain, no one ever came back to fix it. The air vents are overrun with mold, so I sincerely hope you do not have asthma or an allergy to dust. The upper walls in the bathroom match the air vents with the numerous amount of mold patches seeping through

This place has foundation issues, my unit floods everytime it rains, and there is constant mold growth. Mold has damaged quite a few of my belongings already, and I've had to throw away rugs due to the dirty water that comes in. The staff is nice, and there's only so much they can do, but at the same time, it's very inconvenient to have wet and moldy floors in your bedroom and closet. They constantly repair and replace, but the root problem has yet to be fixed. It's been almost a year since I've been dealing with this.
