I have been in my apartment at Silverstone for more than a year now (second lease just started) and overall, I have been very happy. Kimberly at the office could NOT be more responsive and she has always helped me resolve any issue I have run into quickly and without complaint. This includes bringing in a plumber on the weekend when needed. She is fantastic!

I just moved in to Silverstone apartments this past weekend. Rent is slightly above average for a one bedroom in Davis. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe; quite far from campus but minutes away from grocery stores. Management is very courteous and helpful, and most of the residents seem to be grad students/professionals; its a great environment to live and the grounds are really quite beautiful

The worst apartment I lived in my life. Stay away from this apartment for their really bad management. When I wanted to move out before the lease end，I talked to the manager one month before the move-out date. The manager said I only need to send him the move out date and my new address with email，then everything is done. He never mentioned I need to find anyone who wants to rent my apartment. After one month，I returned the keys， moved out and the manager still didn't say anything. Then one month later，I got a mail which showed they couldn't find anyone who want to rent my unit so I need

Awesome place! I have lived in here for 1 year, the apartment is renovated that they use really expensive materials to build the wall. It just near the bus stop, it's pretty convenient to go to everywhere. It's take about 4 min walk to Nugget market, a nice and big super market. Also, the hair salon and cafes located in my place.
The floor is amazing, I love the hardwood so much. There are plenty space for each person in a 2 bedrooms apartment, I believe the total area should be over 1000 sqft!It's so big that allowed me have parties with my friends in my break time.

Look I am going to be professional but I am going to be straightforward. I lived here for 6 months, from January 2018 to June 2018. The complex is very old and they always say that they are remodeling but idk if anything is actually getting done. I shared a two bedroom with a couple and we had roaches, mice, and a reoccuring rat. It's kinda funny too because when I talked to the lady at the front desk she reassured me by saying "That's only a really common thing on the first floor apartments". Wonderful. I feel so secure.

I lived here from December of 2011 through March 2018 and overall, it has been a very pleasant experience. The best thing about it has been the community: Silverstone seems to be mostly young professionals and families so it doesn't have the late night activity of many college apartments. The neighbors are respectful, quiet, and keep to themselves. It is pet friendly, has easy access to greenbelts, parks, Nugget field, and a short walk to a Nugget Market, a CVS, a local gym, and a golf course. There is also a bus line that comes right by the apartment that goes through downtown and to the heart
