Yoganidra, which is derived from the Tantras, is a powerful and systematic technique of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. If you want to improve the quality of your physical, mental and spiritual being, I highly recommend the Pranayama class. It’s a small group, which means individual attention, and that’s a bonus if you have physical concerns or pains which can be relieved by yoga practice.
When I started Pranayama, I was dealing with a great deal of stress and recovering from severe sciatica. By being regular in attendance, I have a calmer mind. My problems still exist but my focus and attitude changed.
Another benefit is my spine feels stronger. This allows me to resume my regular exercise routine.

I am very greatful that I joined Happiness Yoga. I joined them about 4 months ago. In the beginning I was afraid to even start the classes thinking of not able to do asana. But Shaishav and Sunita encouraged me to attend class regularly. I am improving my body flexibility, physical health and mental health. They are awesome instructors, very knowledgeable, passionate. I am a middle aged lady. Although I am generally quite active my legs and spine are stiff due to standing a long time at work for many years as a ICU doctor. My cousins recommended their Yoga group and so we attended an outdoor get together and learned some. asanas. A friend referred me to Happiness Yoga for prenatal yoga classes. I've been practicing yoga for several years now but wanted to know what specifically not to do while pregnant. Sunita has been a wonderful teacher, she's pointed out the benefits to some of the things we do and how it helps prepare me for labor and the baby, which I appreciate. I also want to point out that Happiness Yoga focuses more on pranayama, whereas in my experience a lot of American teachers focus on asanas. And I love this because this is more authentic and real yoga. Lastly I especially love Sunita's enthusiasm

I took prenatal yoga classes and loved it so much! Sunita is such a great yoga instructor and she has the patient of an angel. She's not your tipical yoga instructor, she's patient and she's willing to teach you the meaning of yoga and the postures you're doing. Throughout her classes I've learnt to breath and calm my pregnancy anxiety and helped me a lot with my confidence. So if you're pregnant and want to prepare for a comfortable and confident birth, take this class! You won't regret it.

Dedicated and encouraging instructors, different exercises every day which means with regular attendance you train every muscle in your body. My mind is calmer, thinking is clearer. I feel more connected with people and myself. My body feels flexible and strong, and, most importantly, I brought sciatica under control with guidance of our instructors. I used to take free yoga classes included with my gym membership and was getting out of them exactly what I was paying: nothing. The a friend invited me to check out Happiness Yoga and now, 2 months later, I am still as impressed and motivated as the first time I took the class. What a difference it makes to have instructors who have been living the authentic yoga way for 20-30 years! (Instead of fitness instructors pretending to be yogi at my gym). I’m sticking to it for a long time, come check it out for yourself.

I found Happiness Yoga in January and I am so grateful for Shaishav and Sunita's teachings and the community of yogis. I attend the 6am class Monday through Friday and 730am weekend classes. I have practiced yoga many years and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training last year but I learn something new every class. The studio is a great place for teachers to expand their knowledge but also super welcoming to students who are new to yoga. What I love most about taking class with Shaishav and Sunita is that they truly care about their students. I always look forward to walking in to the studio

Just like everyone else has said... The instructors are great. They both remembered my name even after I'd only been there one time! You really feel welcome here.
I used to practice yoga very regularly, and go to the gym very often, but I've been out of that regimen for quite some time; now I get winded walking up a long flight of stairs, and the gentle yoga class makes me feel like I'm going to die. Being that I am in in such poor shape, it's pretty intimidating to start working out again. But I feel really comfortable here, the instructors work with you and you get individualized

The yoga classes at Happiness Yoga are both relaxing and challenging. It is for all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace and still get a great work out. Sunita and Shah are great instructors, giving good guidance, encouragement and challenging you to do your best. Happiness Yoga really does feel like a family. Sunita and Shaishav are always smiling and happy to welcome new people, so making friends here is easy. Another really important aspect of this studio is that all physical health concerns are considered during practice- they really make yoga accessible for everyone! People of all ages, faiths, and ability levels attend classes here.
