Most of the time I have a good experience here. They usually do good on my nails and the quality of the nails is well. Sometimes though, they are very busy and will say you only have like 15 minutes but end up waiting there for more than an hour, if you are in a hurry I recommend not this place

I came here for a manicure and pedicure. When I walked in I noticed it was pretty busy so I specifically Asked do you have time for a manicure and pedicure? The answer was yes we do. I sat in the pedicure chair with my feet in the water for over 45 minutes and then decided to walk out. If you don't have time tell the customer. Why are you wasting your customers time? Extremely frustrating! Will not be back.

Waited forever for service for myself and a little girl that I took with me. When they finally did get to use the service was hurried. On the 5 year old I took with me I asked only for them to paint her toes and fingernails (which I fully expected to pay for) but they charged me $30 for it! My service for my pedi was hurried, between my pedi and my dip on my nails I waited 45 minutes…. Total spent there was over 3 hours. Needless to say I won’t be back!

Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done, we waited almost an hour before getting in. People who came in way after us got in ( with no appointments). The people are rude. They burnt the girl next to my daughter at least 3 times with the stuff to remove her nails. She had mentioned, she just got her nails done on Monday and they are already chipped. If I would have heard that before my daughter was already into getting her nails done, I would have left. Other people around us were complaining about the customer service here as it was there first time as well. They had there children

Do NOT waste your time!!!!! I've done walk in and waited FOREVER! I've also made an appointment and waited FOREVER!!!!!!! I've given them 2,3,4 chances Incase it was an off day or a really busy day.... nope! Same crap service EVERY SINGLE TIME. Of course, Once you remark on the obnoxiously long wait time, out of the dang blue comes someone ready to do your nails. Nah, IM SOOOOO OUT! The upsale pressure is also ridiculous! I've witnessed them shame someone into a more expensive service than requested. I would leave negative stars if that was an option.

I would leave zero stars but you can't. I went in about two days ago with my friend to get acrylics I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the way they look. I got coffin shape and they are very uneven. She only filed one side and left the other side square so my nails are very uneven. She also cut my skin multiple times. I have very painful nicks on my skin. I hate walking around with sloppy nails and now I'm going to have to pay to get my current nails taken off and new ones. Very disappointed in this place.

Should've read the other review before coming here. I'm from out of town so I went to the nearest salon. Bad idea. The technician made my cuticle bleed, which is always a health concern in addition to the unattractive appearance. Paid $26 for an otherwise simple pedicure to go wrong. Do not recommend this place.
