Giving this a 1 star is being more than generous. I came in wanting acrylic and a square shape with a hot pink color. It’s something that is very simple but, unfortunately they were not able to do. The shape is off, it’s giving very much duck nails( if you don’t know what it is, google it). I asked for square and this is not it. Secondly, I asked for acrylic because that’s what usually works for me, but she did DIP. I’m a passive person. When you go into a nail salon, you just want to relax and have some “ me time “ unfortunately this is not was occurred. I paid 60, including a tip

Went to get my nails done on Sunday. I researched salons for a few days and glad I decided to go here. Had a bad experience with my nails previously at a different salon and wasnt sure they would do my Halloween nails at this locatiom. Not sure of the girls names but they were so cool and both my nails and toe nails were on point! I got my blood splatter nails and and am all ready for Halloween. Definitely will be back to this location.

My go to place. They use the nice clear nails for acrylics. Super durable you can get to 3 weeks at least without any nails coming off. Love Michelle she really takes her time. Compared to other places they have a big color selection. Got designs for the first time and she killed it. Had her give me a new set cuz the one I had was not good. Total with those designs was $98

Update: the next morning I realized I had polish all over my hands. The shellac apparently did not dry and there are moveable air bubbles all over. I now have to go back and waste more time and get this fixed. I've gotten my nails done for 10 years and this has been my worst experience.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. First of all, it took 1.5 hours for my acrylic fill to be completed, which is ridiculously long. Second of all, I was charged $46 for an acrylic fill. I'm assuming this was based on the "custom shaping and length" but seeing as my nails were

I was visiting from losuianna..needed a Mani pedi...I will never again go to this place ...worst pedi ever they charge u extra to massage your legs and feet they don't do a full Mani they don't cut or clean around the nails or scarp the dead skin off they charge u extra for that ..I though all that comes with all pedi..my Mani wasn't done right all lumpy..she had to file it down at least 3 times ..worst place for me..never again..next time I will wait to do it back home ..nomore out of town Mani pedi for me. NOPE NEVER...

Had to ask her to let me clear the large amount of lotion between my toes because she was trying but didn’t have the strength to get the towel in between my toes. When I say she lacked strength, I mean there was no massage in anything. The hot rocks barely touched my skin d/t her long and sharp nails scraping against my legs over and over. Then she tried to paint my nails with a white that was OBVIOUSLY EMPTY - you’d think after the first time she had to take the nail polish off and start over she would get a new one- but no. She tried again. And again. And let’s not talk about the amount

I went on the 4th to get a mani/pedi. Was offered a drink and never got it. Be able to say no to the upsales because it was mentioned several times. I will leave 2 stars because of the sit time to get started took an hour. Just sitting not even soaking just sitting. You be the judge of the quality the pics were talking while still in the shop.

I have always had INCREDIBLE service here and bring all my friends. Michelle knows exactly how I like my nails and does amazing every single time. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

I have been going here since 2018 and let me just say, I have always been beyond happy with what I get. Their pedicures are amazing and don't even get me started on the dip nails here. It's by far my favorite. They don't rush you in and out and actually take time and make sure you're happy with the result. Definitely come here and I promise you'll be satisfied. Great and friendly staff

My friend and I made an appointment and they helped others before us. She got her nails done before they even looked at me. I decided to just not get them done because they did not ask my friend what she wanted and ignored us when we tried to tell her what we wanted. Do not come here if you have high expectations!

My daughter got a full set of acrylics today- older lady did her nails, didnt understand what she wanted, so then was irritated and rough when she finally understood she was not doing what was requested. This place used to be really good and had employees who spoke English and were nice. The lady was speaking in her native language to co worker- obviously about my daughter. Will look for a different salon for next time- sad because last summer I highly recommended this salon.

I decided to try a new nail salon so I picked this place. The lady that did my nails was rushing a soon as I got in the chair even though I had an appointment. I was unsure about the place when people kept coming in without appointments and they would say they could take them even though they were under staffed so people were waiting for a long time just to get in the chair. I asked for coffin shape ($5 extra) and as you can see this isn't coffin and it wasn't the length I also for either. The acrylic itself wasn't straight or smooth and neither was the polish. The guy who did my nails did such a good job. He was very nice and held a good conversation. If I could return back I would go. They have so many colors and the place is very presentable and very cleaned up. Your offered a gold drink as soon as you check-in and sit down.

I came in because of the five dollar coupon on yelp, but I won't be coming back because my nails were sloppy and the work I had done didn't match the description. I came in with an appointment for a manicure, and I still had to wait a half hour. Then he spent exactly 17 minutes on my manicure. No hot towel, cuticle oil, cuticle shaping like the description says. It looks like other people had been waiting a long time, too. I am going to have to go home and fix the rough edges of my nails and my cuticles plus the sloppy polish on my skin.

I made an appointment for a fill, they were nice and I had no wait. They had a decent selection of polish colors and a reward system for returning customers. Overall it just felt like a normal nail salon, with average service.

On Tuesday I call and ask how much for a fill a lady I think owner said 18 when I got there she said 23 I told her it ok so she when on and do them she started questioning me what other place I been wha a bad job they done to my nails so loud in front customers when she was doing my nail she cut my thumb really bad she wipe my blood so fast so I couldn't see that my finger was bleeding I told her it hurt she put me a green solution to stop bleeding . That solution was half full Iam thinking how many people have she cut before and if we contract a disease like that especially she tounchin

I love Hannah & Michelle My nails are ALWAYS picture perfect !! I went to another nail place VIPnails on 132nd near Hyvee because I was pressed for time and I REGRET it. I have to go get my nails fixed to where I usually go. LADIES stick to one place !! You will never find a nail salon with this quality, professionalism, politeness and experienced nail professionals !!

Got the best deluxe pedicure. My toes look great and feel like I had an entire body massage. If your on a time crunch let them know or they may just massage your legs all day. They are getting new spa chairs soon as well. the place is kind of hidden and was not busy at all. Don't let that make you feel like it's not great. You'll be happy!

My mom stumbled across this small business by accident a few months ago while using the laundramat next door. She's been a fan since and yesterday I was able to find out for myself why. The place is very clean, well lit, and cheerfully decorated in a Hawaiian motif. Prices were on par with other salons around town but they really provide superior service. I was impressed! Walk-ins are accepted but I would suggest making an appointment to cut down on the wait time. Michelle and Hannah were the only two ladies working while I was there but they did not rush through the service when it started

Wow. I'm blown away. The staff is super friendly and my nails have never looked better. They take their time and pay attention to the details. Everything is clean and very tidy. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to a friend. Michelle is amazing and makes an effort to get to know her customers.
