Cat was friendly and welcoming. She actually took the time to go over the affordable property information and explain the details. Unfortunately I will not be applying for an apartment here because I will be going to school full-time starting next semester but I felt very comfortable with her and maybe I will rent from her in the future.

Maintenance is not very on point.. you have to complain about an issue for months before they will even look at the problem. Otherwise it's not too bad. Update!! Since then maintenance has stepped up some and I guess got rid of the bad ones! They are doing much better addressing the needs of residents.

Nice property, they’ve really turned it around in terms of customer service. They had a few staffing changes and the representative I had was Catherine and she was amazing. Very patient, and helpful.

I was visiting a friend here and we were outside and saw the Manager herself driving through the place on the cart checking things out and checking everyone's porch lights and street lights. It was 9 pm. That's good to see that she checks the property like that and checks on her tenants safety in the dark. I never seen anyone do this anywhere I lived. She was making notes of who needed new porch bulbs. Cool !!!
