Blown away by the experience I had with one of the community managers Alicia, she went above and beyond for me. Finding an apartment can be stressful with all of the things that go into it. Alicia was so polite, helpful, friendly and available to answer any questions in a prompt manner. This community is beautiful, if you’re considering moving here ask for Alicia, you will be thankful you did!

I have lived here for about 9 months and will not renew. Hallways are dirty and the carpet near the entrances and elevators is filthy. Elevators are dirty. Gates are always broken. The balcony’s have all kinds of junk stored on them, such an eyesore. The pool is always dirty and the pool tiles are in need of a deep cleaning, the build up is gross. The office never answers the phone yet you never see anyone around the property, does anyone work here? I toured the property a couple of years ago when building 2 was open, this place has gone downhill fast. Don’t move here, the upkeep is horrible

Moved into these apartments in July 2020. The previous leasing manager Eric was amazing and really sold me on the place. Since then the complex has been sold and under new management. In my opinion the new management company has really let the place go downhill. To start, the hallways/elevators are always dirty and constantly smell. I’m embarrassed to say i pay $1500 a month when i have guests over and they see how it looks. For the area this is a newer complex and the soundproofing is horrible. I’m on the second floor and I hear literally everything my neighbors do upstairs. Second and probably

Riata Apartments in Chandler is absolutely phenomenal. Spacious and clean apartments with great appliances. The halls are always clean and the campus is kept in great condition. Fabulous pool. Two convenient entry ways. I would recommend these apartments to everyone. Last but not least, the staff was amazing from the moment I showed interest in their apt. Awesome job.

Lived at Riata for 14 month, I got to say it was one of the best apartments I lived at. The staff is so attentive and willing to help when they can. Areas are always kept clean, rarely to never do you see trash anywhere, pool is kept clean as well and so is the gym. The apartments are spacious, appliances are good. Maintenance was on top of everything, if it was non emergency it was done within 24 hours, when my AC went out they got it fix within the first hour of calling. It’s kinda pricey but makes sense for the area close to the 101 and 202 and 2 min drive to the mall, if you’re a coffee
