I lived in the apartments a few years ago before I moved out of state. When I returned for a job I knew exactly where I wanted to live again. The ladies in the office are super nice and helpful. Even with new policies and documents to sign they help you along the way and are very quick to respond. I am so excited to be living back on the pond again.

From the time I previewed demo townhome through the application process was amazing. The office staff is sooooo professional and maintenance also so quick and efficient to fix minor issues. I have no complaints living here my neighbors and community are friendly. I made the best choice for my family. Peace and quiet how I like it 😊

I lived in a two bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse for a year while searching for a house in Rochester. The place is nice and is in a nice location. Very quiet at night.
The maintenance, lawn care and snow removal people were good.
The only issue I had was having to park in a different lot at night after working B-shift. This was because my lot was full. It was a minor hassle.

I gave this place a 5 stars because of all the amenities that come here. The price for a 3 bed townhome is not bad. I now live in GA where wages are lower but the price for the same unit is about the same.
You get clean apartments, a free boat launch, a good and safe neighborhood, walking trail across the main road (which is great for running or walking your dog), and the maintenance staff has always been professional and responsive. I wish I could have stayed longer.
As an Active Duty Soldier, the staff worked with me on multiple occasions when I was told I might be leaving. When I finally received

Lived there for a year. My carpet was old and stained and should have been renewed before I moved in. There was a timer on the hot water heater that they refused to repair which would have been nice because the utilities bills were very high with normal usage. The dryers in the laundry room didn’t work properly and would run out of time before your clothes were dry. Several tenants complained about this but were blown off by management. On the good side...... The gym is nice.

While I love just about everything here, including the view, pool, dog park, work out room, as a female living alone, the security is an F. Units are wide open, laundry is not secure, kids run through the apartment building basements. Thankfully, I have a dog, but they need to make this more secure. They are very responsive when I have a maintenance issue.
