First , Aaron is one an exceptional leasing consultant, he goes above and beyond to make sure takes care of his residents. He is very prompt at answering questions and addressing concerns. Every conversation with Arron is always pleasant and handled Professionally. He is the personality you want to encounter with looking for an amazing staff !
Second Tony , the maintenance worker is always professional, friendly and also brings a positive experience when addressing your apartment needs ! I never yet had any complaints:). I hope my feedback his helpful for any further. Residents :)

This is place is very nice But I had a unwelcoming vibe from the manager lady Felicia I believe her name is.the two guys were professional the manager at this place is very rude and act like she owns the place.I would recommend you never rent here.”The manager makes this place unpleasant all I wanted was a tour of the property.” But decided against it,because of her poor customer service.”negative 5!!

Aaron, Art, & Felicia are always helpful & going beyond to make sure issues ( if any ) are resolved in the best manner possible. Very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. All 3 are very welcoming and make you feel like you belong here. I couldn't be any happier with the help they give and offer. I went to look at an apartment here and was helped by Aaron Hicks who is one of THE BEST leasing specialist in Las Vegas. He went above and beyond just the standard customer service requirements and created an experience that is sorely lacking in the rental leasing industry.
The property itself is unquestionably one of the best I've seen so far and very reasonably priced for what you are getting. I have not YET been approved at this property but even if I am not I will encourage anyone looking for their next home to stop here first and always, ALWAYS request Aaron!!!

Love these apartments they’re super nice and friendly. Aaron has been the biggest help since we have been here. I’d recommend if anyone is looking to rent here to speak to Aaron, he’s a solid guy and is very knowledgeable about the apartments, always answers any questions i have. I thought he was manager, he should for sure be apart if the management team.

Great place to stay, apartments are well taking care of and maintained. The grounds alone are very comforting and very family oriented. I recently bought a home and will be moving out, but would like to personally thank the the staff at The Summit at Sunridge especially Tony in Maintenance, and the front office staff Mr. Aaron H. and Ms. Stachia D who provided nothing but excellent customer service and always being positive saying hello especially when my son and I would go for our walks around the grounds.
