Worst place to live. When move out they charge you a lot like double tripple.when we moved out we were doing our clean up and shampoo.and they said don't do it they gonna remove the carpet . So we didn't shampoo the carpet and after that they charge us removing carpet installation of carpet,even toilet ,they charge us for removing toilet ,paint,blinds, everything .we paid them 1600$ and after some money collection company of vue Fremont from Washington they keep calling us that we have some debt to pay we pay 800$ . Please stay away of these places.Even my kids 500$ bikes were stolen

Updating my original review as management and the management company reached out to me to address and resolve my issues.
Customer service here is not good. The office never answers the phone. Put in a work order some time back, they marked it as fixed but they never actually fixed the issue. They are just dishonest, they also deleted my post on their page when I called them out lmao. Will update my review until my issue is resolved.

I would avoid VUE Fremont. There is no safety at all at this complex. You will have valuables stolen out of your front patio, while you sleep inside. Nobody is there at the office to answer your calls. Employees in the office change every 3 months, so no point wasting times building rapport with anyone. By the time you get to know them they would be gone.
Rent is also not cheap. It is on the expansive side. Apartments are small.

It’s impossible to get into contact with the admin. They don’t adhere to the times that they say they will be back. My lease is up, and I contacted them weeks ago about the raise in rent or possibly moving to another unit - they only get back to me a week or less when my lease is up leaving me no time for recourse. Now I’m trying to sign a new lease and they are unavailable. I don’t think that’s best business practices and it’s certainly not fair or even ethical . I’m writing this review because there doesn’t seem to be any other options.

My experience at Vue Fremont has been excellent so far. Great amenities and can’t beat this location. There’s a very peaceful atmosphere, and I love being so close to the creek trail and regional park. The staff are also some of the best people. Kelly from the front office helped make the move-in process go very smoothly, and Derek and Robert from the maintenance team are amazing! Maintenance requests get taken care of super quick, and the guys are very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend Vue Fremont if you’re looking to rent in this area.

5 years was 5 to many but it was ok
Derek the maintenance guy is the only good thing from Vue and it’s really close to the Alameda creek trail 👍🏻
My van was broken into 2 times because there’s no security but most places don’t have security.
We moved to a house down the road for almost the same price but it’s the school district your paying for I guess. Good luck

We have lived here for two years and it has been a great experience! The facilities are all very updated and well kept. The gym even has a Peloton! But the best this about living here is the staff. The few times that one of our appliances have broken, Derek has come and fixed them right away. Everyone on staff is very professional and friendly. It makes living here feel like a community.

I am very unhappy with Vue Fremont I was taken advantage of a moving emergent situation and it was was not my fault. I was forced to move out and my complex used Vue apartment moving services to move me and promised they would pay however they did not. Renters insurance did not cover it and they billed me over $1,900. Jessica the lady at leasing office and property manager showed no compassion and no mercy.

I am a new resident to the VUE at Fremont!! I recently moved from southern California and Jessica's has been awesome at helping to make my transition a positive one!
On my first day, the drive up was brutal and I needed to wash a few things to get ready for work the next day. I was having trouble opening my laundry door and happen to see Ricardo Perez who is part of the maintenance team. I asked him if he could take a look at it and even though he had just finished handling an emergency he was happy to help! Not only did he diagnose the problem he went above and beyond to replace my lock

We are sad that we will be leaving Vue Fremont in a couple of months when our lease is over due to my boyfriend and I getting new jobs in the South Bay. During our time here, Jessica, Derek and Ricardo have been beyond amazing in keeping everything in order. They're quick to respond to tickets or any questions. We will surely be missing this place. I've been a resident of Vue for a few years now. The best part of living here is knowing that should you have a concern or even a small service request, Jessica, Dereck, and Ricardo will address it quickly! They are very professional and friendly no matter how minor the request, and maintenance is always very careful and wears shoe covers for those of us neat freaks. I would love to see updated landscaping on my side of the development, but I know that is coming.

We have been living in this community for over 2 months now and it has been an amazing experience so far. Cherelle and Jessica from the leasing office are always very helpful. They made our move and stay very pleasant. Special mention about the onsite maintenance staff - Derek and Ricardo. They are very prompt in responding and fixing things. They are always willing to go out of their way to assist us which is very impressive. The community in general is maintained very well at all times. Overall a great experience so far.

Cherelle and Jessica were very nice and helpful with keeping in contact with us as we settled in. Each time we had a question, we had answers in a timely fashion either minutes after emailed or early the next morning.
The apartment complex is kept very neat and welcoming. It was our first choice in fremont after doing research on so many. We were actually apartment hunting in the Spring but couldn't move in until the end of the year Fortunately, Jessica and Cherelle kept in contact with us and took the friendly effort to reach out to us when an opening was available and made the time to help us

Community and the neighborhood is great but we had very bad experience with the leasing office people. There is some new person joined and we went to discuss on the lease break options and charges and she was not at all courteous. Even though we are ready for charges and other options, we expected least bit of courtesy but no use. I would not recommend to anyone due to this experience. We have lived here for more than 2 years and had a great time with the neighbors and the leasing office people but very bad experience with the new lady who joined recently. If your looking for a great place to live Vue Fremont is where its at in my opinion. Jessica & Veronica have been great with all the problems that happen around the complex and really quick to respond to any requests you put in. It will be sad to leave this place but we are leaving the area but if we weren't we'd for sure stay here as long as we could.

A special mention about the maintenance team here, they are absolutely amazing and fix everything on-time. There is also a 24 hour on-site maintenance personnel for emergencies, we had a water leakage once and that was sorted out immediately. Kudos to the team!
The leasing office team is prompt and really friendly too, they keep the community engaged by organizing events for us to meet and get
