QUALITY is the highest priority at Device Doctors. We ONLY SOURCE ORIGINAL OEM screens and parts. We provide repairs for most Apple iPhone models including LCD and screen fixes, home button repairs, battery replacements, camera repairs, and tech support and troubleshooting including software upgrades.
We provide expert Android Phone repair services for most Android phones made by all major manufacturers such as LG, HTC, Samsung, and more. Because of the large number of manufacturers and models on the market, we can't list all of our pricing here. We've repaired hundreds if not thousands of broken smartphones, tablets and other digital devices, and we're almost always able to restore them to full functionality and their original look. Ryan was the only one in town willing to touch my 2DS since they are no longer supported by most companies and difficult to replace. I wasn't looking for a repair, just needed a few stripped screws out as it was a hobby project of my own. He told me to come right in, took them out in under 10 minutes, and didn't even charge me for the service. I will 100% be keeping him and his shop in mind if anything else needs repaired in my future!
UPDATE: I When I got home I found out that he drilled through the front of the casing. Sort of defeated my purpose with the project of re-casing an old motherboard

Scheduled an appointment to have the screen replaced on my phone. Did not receive a confirmation email, and I went in anyways. The store was closed, I called and recording said they stepped out. I waited and the owners arrived, they were apologetic for my wait and extended a discount on my services. As I take this to be a family run operation, I understand how competing priorities can sometime affect things. The discount was much appreciated. Phone was repaired quickly and professionally. Owners were honest and went above and beyond to make the customer happy. This was my second visit to this establishment

So I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write one in this case. I was in Ryan's shop earlier today when he was responding to a couple of negative reviews. I asked him about their reasons but he told me not to worry about it. I checked out the reviews at home and felt I needed to write something in defense of this shop. I had a great experience with Ryan at Device Doctors. I called him earlier in the day about my iphone 7 plus screen being slightly shattered. He told me to come in any time before they close and it should take about 20 minutes. I got there around 3:15 and was out the door by 3:38. Impressive! The best part is knowing Device Doctors uses the original apple authorized products, rather than fake parts like a lot of their competitors. Thank you for generating quality work!

I brought my iPhone 6 in last week after the speaker randomly blew out. I've never had to have anything fixed on a phone before but I was very impressed with their speed, honesty and knowledge. Right away I was taken back to a consulting area where Ryan sat down with me and went over the possibilities of what it could be and my different options. He was able to fix the problem in just 30 minutes while I waited in the waiting room and watched a movie.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Easy parking

Several of us at my office had broken our phones - our COO even washed his in the laundry! Ryan quickly diagnosed the issues with all of the devices and provided prompt repair plans and estimates for each. He was professional, quick, and his pricing was very fair and honest. Best prices, excellent service. I used the Device Doctors to repair my shattered iPhone screen and honestly, my new screen is such better quality than my old one. It looked better than new!
