The organization is terrible. The filing system is so outdated they can't even tell which apartments are occupied and vacant. I was given a move in date with one price but when I showed up for the lease signing they upped the price by $1000 a month and then realized there were still tenants in the apartment I was supposed to move into. Last minute I had to find another apartment and then they refused to refund my security deposit. I will say that Teresa tried to be helpful but the rest of the staff lacked basic communication skills. I tried emailing and calling several times with no response. They

Everything here is great. Maintenance and all are the best I have seen. My only issue is parking. Sometimes I have to park in the back of my apartment simply because there are literally no parking spaces there and maintenance workers always want to put a notice on my car like it’s my fault. I can’t park far away from my apartment...

I’ve lived in a 1-bedroom apartment at Bondale for over three years now, and I truly love it here. The office staff have always been kind and willing to work with me (especially concerning the COVID-19 financial instability I briefly went through). I couldn’t speak more highly of the manager, Theresa. She has been the best landlord/complex manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from, bar none.
Maintenance is also fantastic, they always come in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are sturdy and the walls are thick enough to where I can barely hear any commotion from my neighbors

This is a great community. I lived here for three years, I started in a one bedroom and moved to a two bedroom. The neighborhood is very safe, maintenance tickets get served quickly. The leasing office will help you if any issues arise with you lease or apartment. I think for the price you can not get any better in Norfolk.

My husband and I have lived here for a year now in a 1 bedroom, and have resigned our lease for a 2 bedroom because we love it here! It is in an amazing neighborhood, right next to 10+ restaurants, a grocery store, and 20 minutes from the beach! The staff is absolutely amazing they make sure you are happy and satisfied and they treat you like family from the moment you step in that door! Maintenance is on top of it too, they are here within 2 hours to fix whatever problem you have! And let me tell you the price on these apartments are unbeatable, and we live 5 minutes from a military gate!! If

I came here to check out an apartment today. Hopefully i will be moving in soon. The girl at the front desk was really helpful. You could tell they actually care what you think about the place. I would love to call this place home for a while. Even the older model of the one bedroom was still pretty nice and apparently they renovated them so they actually look even better. But this review is for the service because it was great!

Love it at this apartment. My first apartment and I never had an issue. Neighbors are not loud at all. maintenance is on point. Answered same day or next day. Staff at Office is really sweet and loving, they actually care about this place. Apartments were built back in the early 40's for World War 2 Officer housing, but they are still good none the less. Trust me, it is worth checking this place out.
