My wife and I have stayed here for almost a year now and we absolutely love it.
Location : Close to 2 different Muni stops and Caltrain. There is a Ford GoBike station right across the building and Mission Creek park just a hop away (picture attached)
Amenities : The home come with all the bells and whistles of a modern apartment and everything works! There is a gym and a beautiful courtyard with a BBQ to entertain family and friends.
Management : This is the best part about living here. Corina and team always go above and beyond to ensure that we're comfortable. A special call-out to Corina

I highly recommend MBBW. Corina (property manager) and Scott, (leasing agent) run a tight ship and are always accessible/available. The building has all the modern amenities you would want (gym, package lockers, outdoor courtyard with grills, locked bicycle storage, etc...). Most tenants are professionals so noise issues are rare. A+ place to live!

I visited Mission bay by Windsor and was right away greeted by the very helpful staff in the office. We toured the property and the staff was very informative about the location , the surroundings and even introduced me to a great couple who lived there as well. The units were beautiful and had an amazing view of San Francisco my daughter couldn't take her eyes off of. I’m very excited to start my new life here in San Francisco and in Mission Bay by Windsor.

Corina and Justin are probably two of the most genuine, caring people our there -- not only are they awesome leasing agents, but in a nutshell they really are just great people + advocates of residents. They are a rarity -- especially at rental properties. Just one of many reasons that make the MBBW experience awesome.

I've lived in a lot of apartment buildings in a few different states and this has, by far, been my best experience yet. Is Mission Bay expensive? Yes (by Bay-Area standards maybe not) but you get: excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean apartment grounds, pet-friendly building with elevators for older pets that can't make it up stairs, and a relatively safe neighborhood. Since the Windsor takeover I have had an excellent experience working with Corina on renewing my lease and adopting a dog and putting him on my lease (very reasonable pet-rent addition) and all the Windsor staff

The people who work here are the nicest of all! I don't even live here. I lost my brown clutch while visiting my friend. I was so worried that I lost my DL and ids, and was just dreading going through the process of getting new ones. And then, I get a message on Facebook from a total stranger (Corina) saying the cleaning lady found my purse!! She actually took the effort me on Facebook! It was the sweetest thing ever. She (these people) is an angel in disguise! Restored my faith in humanity

Do not rent from this place. I was convinced by Jessie and Heather who I believe still work here to apply for an apartment here and was asked to put a $900 deposit down when I did so which they said was totally refundable. Thats totally fine, but what they didn't tell me was that it supposedly had a 3 day period on it at which point the company… Greystar would just keep my money.
I've tried emailing and calling them to ask for my money back but they keep telling me its part of the law that they can't give my money back. You can imagine that this seems pretty suspicious.
