I lived here for nearly 3 years when first moving to Wichita. This is my favorite apartment complex of all time! The townhouses are spacious and well-priced. The front office and maintenance staff are caring, responsive, and personable. The complex is safe, quiet, and in a great location. This place is a jewel!

I can't imagine a better apartment setting than the Quarters. The grounds are beautiful & kept up impeccably. It's quiet, serene and feels like a little village rather than a complex. The entire staff, from administration to maintenance workers are efficient, responsive, & kind. We've only been here 6 months. I was going to wait a year to write a review just to live through all the seasons. But we've been here through all of winter & into spring (which is glorious) and I think I've seen enough. I have been a resident for 2 years - love the people and community. However, the reason for the low rating is due to their billing system and policies. I am currently and have been, enrolled as an auto-draft customer so my monthly dues are paid on time every month. When it's lease renewal time, the rent increases. Instead of either drafting the difference out of my account or allowing that balance to roll over to next month's bill, they hold me accountable to make a separate payment for the difference in the same month. I have been a resident at Quarters at Cambridge for two years and it feels like home to me. It's a community where I feel safe. The staff is friendly and willing to help whenever they can. I enjoy the walks around the grounds. There are interesting trees, shrubs and wildlife to attract your attention. We have a lot of perks here at the Quarters, acknowledging special holidays, entertainment and spring flowers, just to name a few. Check it out!

My wife and I lived here from 2017-2018. We loved the apartment, office staff, maintenance experts, neighbors, and everything about these apartments! The apartments are clean, quiet, and well built. The office staff genuinely care about each of the residents. Exteriors and interiors of the apartments are constantly being updated. Love this place!

My wife and I've lived at the Quarters for almost 4 years. The management and all staff are phenomenal. Whenever we had an issue, it was corrected immediately. They frequently provided goody bags on our way to work, free pizza during march madness, and all kinds of community events.
Their facilities are always clean, the lawn is mowed every Friday, and ice is salted the next day. Upper management spares now expense in keeping the place looking and working efficiently.
If you're looking for a quiet, safe, and well maintained community, this is it hands down. It is just out of the hustle and bustle
